Very rude. On a snowy day we parked in a parking spot in front of the smoke shop and he came out to my car knocking on my window repeatedly I went inside the smoke shop he said " is that your car " I stated yes it is. He then tells me I have to move it. I did not move it because it never had his name OR A SIGN THAT STATES PRIVATE PARKING there. So he was upset I did mention that's free parking. It being right in front of his door I guess no one was suppose to park right there but okay tell all the other companies they have a parking spot with there imaginary name on it and no one can park right there. He felt entitled since then. That's incident #1 . Incident #2 We was regular customers. I think he was intimidated by my fiancé because my fiancé told him they sell Delta which they do. Then ever since then he picked with us when we came into the store. Side eyed screw faced us. We still spent money. We are from NY so we don't know many smoke shops and we stay right in Dublin so this was very close. Last time we went in he told us he don't take card anymore we need to give him cash. But before we was the next person he rung the person out in front of us out with a card. From that day forward we knew we was right he was targeting us after all. It's alright we won't be back. He told us to get out his store because we called him on his shit. He rung someone else out with a card and everytime we came into that store we used a card never cash. He was messing around with us but his customer service is terrible even before the interaction. I feel like if you know NOTHING ABOUT THE PRODUCTS YOU SELL YOU SHOULDNT BE IN THAT TYPE OF FIELD. read more
