I went to this store at the recommendation of a friend. My husband and I shopped around for 20 minutes without ever being acknowledged. (There were many workers in the store but not many customers). We left the store. My friend encouraged me to try again. Once again my husband and I went back and tried again. The service was better but not great. I bought a few scrub bottoms and a pair of Klogs (recommendation of the salesperson). She assured me that I would like these shoes as much as I do my Danskos. When I got home I realized the salesperson had charged me $130.00 and had not given me the hospital discount. When I called back they told me that the shoes were on sale for $130.00 so I couldn't get both discounts. When I told them the box said $120.00 she told me I had an old box. She was not going to honor it but reluctantly credited my account $10 but still did not give me the hospital discount. After about 6 months of daily wear, the shoes creased at the bend on top of the shoe. I was no longer able to wear them. After paying $120.00 I expected to get more wear out of them than 6 months. A year later, my coworker had on a really nice work jacket. She said she could order one for me but in navy. She did and I also got it embroidered with our company name and my name. When it arrived it was not navy at all. It was a gray-blue. I called the store and spoke with Steve the owner. He was very mattered of fact and basically told me it was my fault for ordering it expecting it to be navy blue when the color is specifically called urban navy and that the manufacturers have different colors. I explained my friend had ordered a black one for herself and when ordering she just asked for navy thinking it was navy blue like the colors of the scrubs in his store. He said I could not return it. He did not offer me a store credit or try to fix the situation at all. I explained I wouldn't be able to wear it and would be out $96.00. His response was Oh WELL. I would have thought that with all that healthcare workers are experiencing today, a little kindness and understanding especially from a store that services healthcare workers. Needless to say, I will not be going back to this store and hopefully, my experience will help someone else not have to have the same awful experience. read more

I am a local Athletic Director. Jill, Steve and Ted have been wonderful to work with. I have partnered with TheUniformStore for the last several years throughout my time in multiple athletic departments. Their turn around time is quick; pricing is reasonable and the product is always high quality. They cannot sell Nike, Adidas and some other brands due to local competition, but they can get you the next best thing. Also great to use when outfitting coaches, school faculty and staff, or providing warm-up options for sports teams. We used a different company for cheerleading uniforms. We found out the week of our first game that we were not going to have our uniforms in time for the first game. I called Steve on Monday, the uniform alternative was ready by Friday. I've had an exceptional experience with Steve at The Uniform Store. The order was turned around very quickly, he made sure the logo was perfect (he even picked up special order thread to make sure the color just right), and the quality of the clothing and workmanship was excellent. I was sent here by my boss to pick up my scrubs for my new job. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The embroidery was very fast. The items I needed ordered in won't cost me anymore than those in the store (which is so nice). They seem to have a really good selection of other types of uniforms as well (athletic, kitchen, etc). My chief complaint is that it's really oddly located and hard to find. Doesn't make it very easy to get in and out of or find that first time. read more

Came in for work scrubs, needed tall, Steve was there and greeted me and after asking what I was looking for walked me over and pointed it several styles, even pulling some for me. While I was trying those on he pulled even more styles from then back! He was able to tell me about the scrub sets and the pricing. Found scrubs that I loved and that fit well! Thank you! This place is fantastic. I needed a dozen shirts printed front and back in very short notice. I called Monday with a design ready and Steve had them printed and ready for pickup by Thursday afternoon. The price per shirt was by far cheaper than anywhere else i looked. They came out great! My employer went with The Uniform Store for our uniforms, I decided to purchase additional ones outside my allowance because I just had a baby and knew our company uniforms would take several weeks to receive. When ordering I was told they would be delivered to my office in 2 weeks. 4 weeks later I called and spoke with the owner Steve. He acted very put off by my phone call and suggested that I could simply stop by the Dublin location and pick them up. That would be wonderful if I didn't live in Pataskala. My other option was to wait until they make another delivery in which he wasn't sure when that would be? He then felt it necessary to tell me that all other employees that ordered additional uniforms had no problem waiting until the whole company shipment came in to receive their uniforms that they purchased out of their own pocket. Again that would be fine had I not just had a baby and had a uniform I could fit into and had not been told I would get them in 2 weeks? I found that statement really hard to believe. Lesson learned, I could have purchased from a store that I received my uniforms immediately. More amazed by the owners reaction to his companies mistake and how he handled it, being that my company has 5000 employees ordering uniforms from him and word of mouth and customer service is everything!!! read more
