They told me that since I wore the shoes they would not take them back despite them very clearly being defective and it being less than 30 days since the purchase. The store manager basically told me "sorry about your luck". I even asked if by chance I could just have a store credit so that my money was tied up in the store. She barely even acknowledged me and walked away before I was even done talking. It is unbelievable to me that despite Nordstrom Rack being a sister store of Nordstrom (who has 5 star customer service) their customer service is absurd. Even sadder that they employee managers that do not even show common consideration for customers. You just lost a loyal one.

Kim, the employee I worked with at Road Rummer, helped teach me so much about running during my hour long visit. She gave me information about compression socks, showed me around the store, and she was seriously the most helpful sales associate I've ever encountered. We explained what we were looking for and the sales associate knew exactly what to do. He measured our son's feet and then had him walk away and towards him to identify any pronation. He noticed a slight issue with his walk and immediately knew what shoe to suggest. My son ended up trying on three different shoes with slightly different corrections in them. The sales associate was super friendly and very helpful when choosing what shoe would be best.
