But that may come to an end due to inhospitable behavior I experience at the Pharmacy department of the CVS Pharmacy located at 2929 Stelzer Rd., Columbus Ohio 43219. There is an Employee in the Pharmacy department that I have only seen recently; Maybe she is a New Employee in the Pharmacy Department. This Employee's name on her ID Badge is "Ariel M.". This Ariel M. has waited on me more than once in the last week or so. On one occasion that I asked her help with a question/ problem she just rudely refused to help me, did an about face and stomped away from the checkout counter. This Employee is always VERY CURT, IMPATIENT, OBSTINATE, AND DOWNRIGHT OBNOXIOUS with me! Why would CVS Pharmacy have such a person working for them to deal with their customers? My only complaint is that they are apparently so understaffed that instead of getting a much needed break they work through lunch despite being closed to customers. Everyone deserves a break. This weekend they are offing 20% off everything. The staff was very friendly and more than happy to answer our questions. The place was packed with people wanting to make their purchases. The store was very organized and well stocked. We were told by an employee that if the store didn't have the right size in stock they would order it for you and also give the 20% this weekend.
