I couldn't remember the name of the sweater but I described it in detail. They told me that they didn't sell that type of sweater and I had to tell them that they definitely did. They began to argue with me and I had to end up taking out my phone to show them their own website. It was pretty shocking actually that it came to that. The picture I showed them on their website was the exact model I described and they still couldn't find it in the store. I ended up walking away and finding it folded up on a main display. A crazy experience for sure that definitely makes me want to shop online only and skip the store experience.

During the COVID years, DSG kept it legit and professional with car deliveries. When I do stop for golf gear, I'm always approached in that department offering help so that makes me happy. Overall, I do love this store experience overall. Admittedly, I did try the new Polaris location the weekend of their re-opening Aug 15-17 and what a nightmare. Too loud and too big for my taste.
