After a different experience not far away, it was a pleasant surprise to find things not only in organized-by-size state, but numerous real deals. There's a variety here that's good for younger to older. There are items that are insanely priced, but many realistic prices and a few good deals. Happy to get some shoes and apparel. I found a great pair of jeans for only $5 but they were 2 sizes smaller than my waist now..so it was a no go but the price was to die for. I wanted to squeeze those jeans on for that price it was a steal but I just couldn't get them on comfortably so I had to let them go. The staff here was extremely friendly and helpful. This was my first time visiting here and I was more than pleased to find a larger athletic wear section that I had expected, assuming that this store would focus mainly on casual and formal attire. As expected, the clothes are a bit higher in price, but hey, ya gotta pay for that extra fabric, dude. Our salesman was very welcoming and stayed with me throughout the duration of my visit, although I told him that he could tend to anyone he needed to and check back with me. Note to all you shoppers out there: be respectful and don't monopolize the attendant's time while you're still in the consideration stage. He was even kind enough to give me the location of sister stores, if I couldn't find what I needed there. I also find that to be a pleasant surprise, because most times, they will offer to order it for you and keep the commission. Big and Tall stores are all different across the country but yes they have similarities but their locale matters. I have known and shopped for years at DXL on Olentangy at Henderson. The particular day that I went and found the DXL at Polaris I discovered that the location of the store matters most definitely with inventory numbers and product. I was headed to Men's Wearhouse at Polaris not knowing there was a DXL there oh. I am so glad I went a couple blocks away and found this particular DXL. And the days the pandemic it is difficult, I believe, for businesses to have a legitimate and full staff. I walked into the store and it was packed honestly. I saw one lady working with customers and working and running around but I just thought there were other employees working! However, this lady, Stephanie, was the only employee working this particular day. I was in the store shopping trying things on and enjoying my experience for more than an hour and I will attest that this lady would be the best brand ambassador for DXL ever. The store only got busier over the course of time that I was there--and she never stopped. Stephanie created an impression upon me that now has me connected to the Polaris DXL. Her calming professional Style and ability to help everybody the way she did this day proves to me that she really does know what she's talking about and cares about each and every customer. I'm sure I witnessed all of this even though she is overworked and probably underpaid. The inventory in this store is larger greater than what I consider the inventory to be at the Olentangy Henderson Road store. Perhaps it's totally do two more square footage here at the Polaris store but it's definitely more appreciated Yes, as every retailer there are those specific sales and incentives to get you in the door and to get you to buy one that will encourage you to purchase more but it's still acceptable and encouraged for someone like me that has to spend thousands a year on clothing for play and for professional work. The cleanliness here in the dressing room area and in the area where shoes are found is unbelievably totally organized and cleaned beyond what I ever would have thought. There is one employee, Stephanie, that is doing it all and let me tell you this particular day with the crowd that she had in there and it was consistently staying busy she really did do an amazing job Granted that I did not know that Polaris had the DXL but I am thrilled that I ran across it as I'm driving in the area.

That means shopping at Big and Tall clothing stores. So this place is right on time! Biggie Talls! The clothes tend to be a bit trendy, perhaps too much for me. But they have enough of the basics that I need to keep me coming back. The prices are good, especially compared to most plus size stores and the associates are friendly, knowledgeable of their products and ready to put you in something that will suit your needs. My only disappointment is that they don't have a store on my side of town. But that ain't enough to keep me from driving up.

Their staff is not trained in fitting suits and it will be obvious when your pants are two sizes too big and six inches too short. The showroom employees have told me that they were unable to get a vest to fit me correctly because my "shoulders were too broad" and I don't "look like the mannequin". This coming from a store that makes "custom suits". I have suits off the rack at other stores that fit better, have higher quality fabric and cost much less. My bill was nearly $1k for a suit I never want to wear because of how bad it looks after multiple fittings with multiple team members at this store. The 6 weeks it takes to get a suit is for the store to send the order overseas to be made, this is what you are paying for. Save your time and money and go anywhere else.

You got it now?" as if we were wasting her time. Her dismissive and rude attitude made it very clear she didn't want to help us. I almost called her out then and there because it was so obvious she was being rude on purpose. Instead, we walked out and went to Nordstrom, where we spent quite a bit and were treated with actual luxury customer service. I will never go back to Indochino and am now a loyal Nordstrom customer. One retail worker's arrogance and lack of basic respect cost Indochino not just a sale, but any chance of repeat business.

I do most of my shopping online but stopped in on Friday to make a few returns. It was the weirdest thing. Because they were unable to look up my phone number they weren't able to complete the returns despite me pulling up all of the information on my account on my phone with my Express ID, order number, tags on, and the sale was less than a month ago. It was so strange. The manager was not very empathetic about it either. It was like what decade are we in? However, I called customer service yesterday and they were very helpful and went back in yesterday since we were going to be at Polaris anyways. The manager working yesterday was amazing however and went up and beyond to make it right. She was so nice and helpful.
