I have been enjoying the bud but not all of the budtenders. Today was the last straw for me. As a…read morebudtender I would think it would be easy to explain the differences between bud versus just explaining stats. This guy was stuck on loop! It's 1 gram. It's 85%. It's sativa. He clearly has zero customer service experience and doesn't care to talk about head or body sensations. That's very rigid behavior and I'm not going to keep asking someone to expand and they be stuck on loop! I politely informed that our personalities were not aligned and the next budtender was great in explaining and giving her suggestions. Don't hire budtenders that are stuck on stat loops. The customers also want to understand the physical experience not for you to repeat the same loop over and over. Not my problem if you didn't want to work today but it distressed my nervous system and I would've started crying from anxiety from that guy had I not stepped away. Edit: Thank you for reaching back out to my concern email. It seemed really genuine so I appreciate that.

As someone who is well educated, & works in a field which customer service is important, I want to highlight a recent interaction that I had. The employee who helped me (Liz), was so incredibly helpful. Her knowledge of the product across the board is like nothing I've encountered here. Not only is that something I truly appreciate, but also her passion. Not just how thoroughly she understood & taught the information, but the way that she presented it in a way that I would understand easily. She also got me onto a new product I've never tried & will continue to use it moving forward. My experience is always really good here; however what made it truly great this past time is all due to the work ethic of one employee. Thank you Liz, for everything!
