He clearly has zero customer service experience and doesn't care to talk about head or body sensations. That's very rigid behavior and I'm not going to keep asking someone to expand and they be stuck on loop! I politely informed that our personalities were not aligned and the next budtender was great in explaining and giving her suggestions. Don't hire budtenders that are stuck on stat loops. The customers also want to understand the physical experience not for you to repeat the same loop over and over. Not my problem if you didn't want to work today but it distressed my nervous system and I would've started crying from anxiety from that guy had I not stepped away. I don't think the FTC is OK with that. There are many other doctors can do the same thing.
