Heh, I'm the duke of this jawn for a reason at this point. It is cool, calm, welcoming, easy to navigate online ordering and in person. The staff is cordial, even chatty if you're vibing. I've not once had to wait more than 30 minutes here-- a god send. Curbside pick up on Mondays is pure fire and extremely convenient. They also a nice patient reward points system. Customer service is very bad and they don't even have card payment. The worst place I've ever visited

When I (med card holder) came in today to pick up my order. I was turned away immediately by the front desk attendant because a crack in my drivers license. Keep in mind the id is fully intact and the crack is nearly invisible. Used this at several other dispensaries. This place will use any reason on earth to turn you away without the product you came to purchase. Below is what OpenAI has to say about dispensaries refusing an order due to a crack in the ID in the state of Ohio: "Short answer: there is no specific Ohio law that says an ID can't be "cracked"--but Ohio law does require the ID to be valid and verifiable, and that requirement gives dispensaries broad authority to reject damaged IDs." So, this store CHOSE to turn away a med card holder for this total BS reason. I will not be back. read more

My original review was done when Terrasana was one of only 5 dispensaries in the state and the only one near or south of I-70. This meant really long lines and non-competitive prices. Now there are 57 dispensaries with 70 more coming in the next 2 years. Since my initial review, COVID happened and Terrasana had a complete management turnover. Prices are down, but not enough for many people, but they have their processes in place and are easy to work with. If you want the best prices, visit iheartjane.com and it will tell you who has what price in your area for a particular product. Hummmmm, where do I start? This experience was weird and wild all at the same time. I suppose I'll preface this review by saying that yes, I've visited various dispensaries in other states. Yes, I know this is Ohio and we have a long way to go. And lastly, yes I know we're in the middle of the pandemic and that impacts how businesses are run. I totally understand all of those things and I hope anyone reading this does too. Ok, now onto the juicy details. Being that this was the first dispensary I have visited in Ohio, I made sure to do as much research as I could before heading in. That included reviewing their website and calling into to speak to someone about a few of the questions I had. Caleb was the individual I spoke to over the phone and he was very helpful and told me everything I needed to know about being a first time customer. If you are visiting for the first time, tell them that!! The customer service definitely lacked until I literally said, "Yo, I need your assistance, this is very new to me!" Especially when compared to experiences outside of Ohio. Anyhoo, generally (at least right now) orders have to be made ahead of time. You cannot just walk in. However, as a first time customer I was invited in for a consultation. After showing all my credentials, I eventually sat down with an amazing young lady named Ashley who walked me through everything I needed to know, made recommendations based off of my doctors suggestions, and helped me place my first order. Side note - Woof! Ohio has so many silly regulations and rules on this stuff, literally none of them make actual sense. This has nothing to do with the business except it obviously impacts their processes and the overall experience. After my order was made, I left to run a few errands and returned before closing. FYI - Orders must be placed before 4PM and must be made the day-of. They also don't hold orders overnight. Once I returned I was finally welcome into their secret backroom to pay for my purchase. No I was not allowed to see anything prior to paying and getting in my car. Very similar to a pharmacy experience. Additionally, you cannot use a credit card and there's a $3.50 charge to use a debit card. I was seriously advised to pay cash (you mean even with a legal card I still gotta pay cash??? LOLOLZ) or to download an app that I can connect my bank account to. In the end, everyone was extremely nice and the product I got was great (so far). My favorite (at the moment) is a topical pain patch. I get kidney stones regularly and the very next day I was almost heading to the ER because the pain was so unbearable. I remembered I just purchased this, put it on, and within an hour I had so much relief. $20 for a twelve hour pain remedy was way better than a trip to the ER. Ok, I'm done. Clean place, horrible system. Was a complete waste of time as I stood inside for 30 minutes to place an order of gummies, which they didn't have. It's my fault for not pre ordering, but in mishigin you are in , out and gone and feel like you're shopping. This felt like I was getting prostate exam , an excruciatingly slow exam..... Waited 20 mins to be let into the building and then come to find out I had to wait another 40 mins in the waiting room while the front desk guy was letting people in who we're pre ordering while in the waiting room. This is my go-to dispensary, since it's in a great spot. I've been going there for about a year and have had mostly positive visits, but service definitely varies. I go about once a week, usually for an online order. I've never had an issues with the online orders, which is great. I do wish the sale stuff would be filtered when you go to the calendar, so I don't have to hunt down the exact brands and sizes that go with promos. Staffing is where I see the most variance. Some of the folks who work there are super sweet. I think like most dispensaries, when you see consistent faces, they're usually the nicer folks. Most of the unfriendly experiences I've had have been with people I rarely see again after. There's one security officer who is always really smiley and friendly, and actually greets me by my preferred name. There was an option when filling out my paperwork for preferred names, but some workers use them and some don't. It's a little frustrating for me, because sometimes they'll call out my legal name instead of my preferred name, so I have to either wait for them to figure it out or I have to proactively ask if they're referring to me. Today when this happened, the employee sighed all dramatically when her coworker corrected her and said to him "Well, my bad." She didn't actually apologize to me. I get that it's a small thing, but honestly it made me feel embarrassed and alienated. I wanted to get my stuff and get out of there as fast as possible. It's in a good location, and the prices are fine for Columbus, but after today I think I'll probably start looking for places that don't make me feel unwelcome. read more

Piece of shit company. I made a preorder and arrived well before they closed and they said they wouldn't fill it because it's law to stop selling early even though it's not. Only company policy. I talked to the manager and said he was going to believe his lying bouncer over me that I was late even though I was standing outside a while before the manager came. I came in to Terrasana for the first time on a Friday a couple hours before closing. There weren't really any parking spots available besides the pumps at the gas station, but my experience there was so great! Quick, efficient, polite, relaxed and knowledgeable staff AND a pretty nice selection of products! So far this is my favorite dispensary in Columbus and would definitely recommend! read more

Been visiting for about a year. Everyone is so friendly and offers exceptional customer service and education.

Cant say I am happy with this place and their way of processing people in and out. The worst part is placing a order at 1030am then getting a text at 4pm saying my order is ready. You have to check in first. After that you still have an hour wait in the parking lot. To be called in. Needless to say I was turned around at the door @430 when I arrived and told I would have to place another different order tomorrow. I will do that. Just somewhere else for now on. I previously wrote favorable reviews but that was 10 months ago and they have seriously gone downhill and I will no longer shop there. Constant long lines, online orders screwed up (you show up to pick up your order and they are out of whatever), no one ever answers the phone, spotty inventory and high prices. Basically, they have a monopoly of sorts and don't need to improve customer service because they have a line all day long. read more

First time card holder. Called Terrasana Columbus to find out details for first purchase. On hold for 15 minutes, hang up and decide to just go next day early and check it out. Show up, hours on the door are wrong says 9:00am, security tells me it's 10:00am. No big deal sit out in my truck and wait. 10:00am, walk back to the entrance, now I'm told by same security that you cannot come in, you must order online but since I am new I need to call. Go back to my truck, call in, 30 minutes later still on hold. Leave hold music on, drive home. One hour fifteen minutes later still on hold. Very disappointed. Hang up and called another dispensary off the 270 south who was amazing and helpful. Lesson learned. read more

Let me update my review by adding skip this s**t hole and go to Bloom!!!! Much nicer atmosphere and never any lines. Terrasana's customer service is non existent! I waited in line on Good Friday for 2 hours in the rain and cold. Finally got inside - another 40 minute wait, I presented my Ohio Medical Marijuana card and my valid ID. After about 15 minutes or so a young lady presented herself as Emilie Ramach as the Manager of dispensary. She told me while I did have a valid MM card in my hand and a valid ID that "Pharmacy Board" did something wrong because the numbers in her data base didn't match. I told her that was unfortunate but sounded like a "her problem" and perhaps she should sort it out with the Board of Pharmacy, why was she telling me all of this?? Ms Ramach stated while my ID is valid and my MM card is valid because the Board of Pharmacy did something wrong "like entered the some of numbers incorrectly" and she could not allow me to make any purchase. I asked her to check the numbers again, she stated they had checked it several times. No "I am sorry", no sympathy for me waiting for nearly three hours only to be denied. She did not take me to private room to this for me devastating news but choose to tell me in front everybody in the entire room. Can I say embarrassing? I was aggravated. I asked Ms Ramach are you sure cause I am not someone you would like to make mad. An older security guard asked me (a 60 yo grandmother with chronic knee, hip and back pain) if that was a "threat". Really? I said "if I was going to do something sir, I assure you, you would never see me coming". Thank you Terrasana staff for your complete lack of empathy and non existent kindness. Ms Ramach your interpersonal skills could use a bit of work dearie! Called the Board of Pharmacy and they checked all of my information and said it was all correct. I then called the number listed for Terrasana and spoke to an extremely pleasant young lady. I gave her my numbers and she checked her computer and told me everything matched. I told her I was coming back down to Terrasana. I was extremely aggravated I had done nothing wrong, I have driven to Terrasana (this is my third trip - each about an hour drive). When I arrived I asked to speak with Ms. Ramach and told her what the Board of Pharmacy told me. She just blew me off. I asked her if she or her staff could have entered the numbers incorrectly? She would not admit any potential for error on her or her staff's part. She stated "well now you won't have anymore problems". AGAIN I have done nothing wrong and am trying to make a legal purchase, with all the correct documents and she had "wrongly" in my eyes turned me away, wasted my time, upset me, caused me incredible anxiety and she had never once stated that she was sorry!! This is the only dispensary in town - suck it up. I worked with a young lady on the menu, made my selections and then a cashier to check out. When I walked out the older Security guard followed me out the door, around the corner and up to my car. I was very disturbed by a man following me - an older woman by herself to her car. I put my finger on my "panic" button and asked him could I help him? He said something about me getting to my car safely - I stated clearly to him I was ex-Military and I didn't want or need his help - I could take care of myself. This was extremely unnerving for me. On May 2, I drive back to Terrasana to make my second purchase. I check in at the desk without any incident and am sitting quietly in the waiting room. I am approached my a young hippy man, he identified himself as the manager and he was trying to talk to me - I have marked hearing difficulty and requested if he had a private place we could speak. He took me in a small room with an armed security guard - a young man I had seen on my first visit. He said I had been perceived by "someone" as a threat. He said because I told the guard (the creepy old guy) I was Military and I had said if I was going to do something to him he'd never see me coming. I told the manager I had said those things but they had been taken out of context. He told me that Ms Ramach had reported me to the Ohio Board of Pharmacy and banned me from Terrasana because of my "threatening" behavior. I stated clearly to him and the young guard that if they were concerned about me hurting them, their staff or other patients I gave him my word of honor that I would not. I told him this was absurd. We talked some further. He stated that me raising my voice upset other people. This manager seemed to want me to apologize for being ex military. He acted like my just being "ex military" was a threat. I will never apologize for my serving this country - that will just will not happen - not now and not ever. He and the guard went out and came back in and said because of my"threats" I was banned. read more

If it's your first time. Tell the man at the door. Get cash before you come. Sometimes the ATM inside doesn't work. They don't take card. And sometime the Hypur app doesn't always work out. BRING CASH! It was my second visit. And the wait was under an hour. The staff has been nothing but wonderful. All kinds to choose from. If you're a veteran make sure to tell the person checking you out and get your %20 discount ! You can't beat that. read more

I have been unhappy with the Terrasana delivery system. First you order your product on line. Fine. You chose a pick up time. Again fine. You get an email from Terrasana saying they filled your order and pick it up at the prearranged time. Fine again. You get there during the appointed time and go to the door. They send you back to your car to wait for a phone call which comes 45 minutes later. And the reason is always the same: They are short handed. It is the 1st day they are open. After a 2 hour wait finally got in and was able to make my medical selections. Make sure to bring your medical card and Id. Website doesn't state that you must call in. Employees state that you must call ahead. I drove an hour to shop here, and as I am writing this, I have been on hold for 43 minutes in the parking lot. Some of the worst customer service I ever encountered. They deliberately lied to me, telling me on the phone my order was ready and that there wasn't a wait... only to discover a long line around the building that I had to wait on. I mentioned this to the security guard and the staff member denied it... then minutes later, they cancelled my order. If there's a wait, just be honest and tell people. You just get the sense that they aren't very good people. There are other great options nearby... will never go to this place again. read more

They do not know what they are doing and NOTHING is labelled correctly. I needed a straight Indica. They sold me a strain called GMO. It is a hybrid from Girl Scout Cookies (they listed) and Chemdawg which they did not. I specifically warned about any sour diesel or sativas because they trigger my Postural Orthastatic Tachycardia Syndrome. I was in tachycardia hell! This is an amazing facility. Incredibly friendly staff, fast service, great prices, and they can answer any question you have. I had a great conversation with one of the employees and he was more than helpful. On a side note, dont get upset with the employees for certain products being out. Okay, people need to stop shelling out one-star reviews about this place because it's absolutely fantastic! The staff is incredibly attentive and knowledgeable and you're never made to feel like anything other than family. From the security guard who greets you to the awesome folks who check you out (shout out to Jordan!), there's nothing but good here. Yes, if you arrive an hour before closing you may be turned away because it's a business and that's how they work sometimes but, in my experience, I've found the peeps at Terrasana to be nothing but great! As for wait times, I've been lucky in that I haven't had to wait for very long but, this is the only dispensary in central Ohio, so sometimes you're just going to have to wait. But you're waiting for the most wonderful thing ever: legal flower!!! (Also, if you're worried about waiting just call them to see how long the wait is then decide whether to make the journey.)
