He then after hours hands me the iPad and the home button is moving all over and not set. He then retakes it apart where he TAPES the home button. He then tells me the only screen AFTER he put it on was damaged, but still gives me the product (damaged LCD). Lastly, he says to me after I committed that he has to use black on my white iPad. This iPad is trashed. I should have went to Apple. Also, the security guard literally sat there and talked to him for hours. Do not go here.

I talked to a woman named Jennifer. I've talked with her no less than five times. She has assured me that she is working on my case she claims she can get no one to respond to her and she's unsure what to do next Jennifer's last statement was today June 19 telling me she would call me back before the end of her workday, which was 6 PM Pacific time. Guess what? I received no call back. My phone is still broken. The screen is not cracked. It's not been resealed correctly. Assure on will not make good on their warranty and Jennifer has not been able to resolve my problem. I was really hoping that I was going to be leaving a review that would tell you they stood behind the work that they did and they were a quality company. Unfortunately two weeks later and there has been no improvement at this point I will be going to Apple getting my phone fixed the right way and I will reach out to others and let them know that this company is not to be trusted. They cannot resolve your problems and by no means, should it take two weeks to resolve my issue when they did not seal the phone correctly for anyone wondering do not use any of these companies and I wish you all the best in repairing your cell phones.

They are a scam. I will never recommend them or go back. Update: I went to an authorized repair place who opened up the phone and confirmed that the work was done incorrectly. They reused the old adhesive, which allowed moisture to get in, and did not replace a clamp (meaning the clamp was totally missing). New place said it was so egregious they suggested doing a chargeback and said they would provide documentation for it. We will pursue this avenue. Do not use ifixit.
