But slowly realized it to late , it is awful . I should have just signed up for a new phone and switched carriers or go direct to apple cuz they're professional. The sales rep (Sales Rep# ****400) told me T-Mobile package comes with a screen protector and a case. So, naturally, I picked out the one I wanted. I should have SUSPECTED something was amiss when he NEVER gave me my receipt. When I asked for it, I was repeatedly told it was in the bag. Needless to say, when I got home and opened the bag, I see he charged me $39.99 for screen protector and $39.99 for a case - that is almost $80 for something I could have ordered on Amazon for $20!!
