One of the worst stores ever. First off, I have never had tempered glass before and decided to go ahead with it and right away that cracked after a week and a half that cost $50.00. I have had multiple phones and this has never happened to my screen. It has a lifetime warranty that you have to pay $10.00 to get it fixed. I have had this phone for a week and a half. I tried to return the $65.00 case they said without packaging I can't return anything. I have this charger that I would like to return and can't do that without the original packaging. I know I was rude but, that is frustrating. Not to mention the person working there was absolutely rude, watching the football game and eating as i'm talking to him. Which is extremely rude. Not to mention we couldn't get ahold of the manager because he wasn't there. So, asks me if I can come back, it was about 7:30 I said don't you close at 8 Pm, he says yeah. This is a non- corporate store. Only deal with corporate stores ( a warning and strong suggestion). We upgraded to an iPhone-5 Pro. More than willing to help with the upgrade. But they would not process the trade in. They said we would get a label to process it. 1 day, then 2 days... no label. Called ATT with the order number. 'oh no label was in the queue to send you for the trade in'. The online rep got us a label and said to mail it in or take it to the ATT store. We tried to take it to this original store and they said we had to take it to a corporate store or the post office. They were the ones who did not want to do the trade in process. Everytime I have needs for my cell phone I go to this store. The staff is top-notch, very knowledgeable and the manager Matt will do the best he possibly can to help you find all the products and services you need. I tell all my friends and family to go to this store! Sometimes you have to wait a little bit but if you know anything about the business that goes with the territory when it comes to buying and servicing a cell phone. read more

Never, have I ever, been more dissatisfied with lack of customer service. I am currently an AT&T customer and I went into the store today hoping to upgrade to the newest iPhone model. There were two associates, each of them had a customer they were working with. I was in the store for fifteen minutes, made eye contact with each of them several times and never received a "Hello" or "We'll be right with you" I understand businesses get busy, but to not even acknowledge a customer that is in your store for a solid FIFTEEN minutes? I simple hello would have sufficed. They didn't say anything as I left the store. This experience has been so aggravating, I am now at home looking online at Sprint and Verizon rates, and getting the ball rolling on switching networks. There was no way I was going to drop a good amount of cash at that store, but it seems as though they didn't care either way. Your loss, see ya AT&T read more

Got a iPad for my wife and it would not work with the data service so she took it in to get it set up and charged her $5 for a new SIM card which probably was not even the problem and now I noticed they did something with my iPad service because it does not work now. Never going back to either one of Albany's AT&T places again. read more

WOW!! Never have I had such an awful experience with cell phones. I won't bore you with the entire details, but the manager, who I noticed has left a yelp review (MATT F) on his own store, decided to completely mess up our account, lie about the reason why, lie about fixing it, TWICE, and then in the end basically says there is nothing he can do. Convenient once he had "TRIED EVERYTHING" for two weeks, that our restocking period had run out so we couldn't even return the phones and go back to our old plan... tricky tricky. Honestly, It wasn't so much the store, as it was the manager (Matt F). I talked with one of the other associates on a day Matt wasn't working, and they were very helpful and upfront about everything. They actually mentioned they they have to fix a lot of the customer issues that the manager had created. If you get stuck with the Manager... walk away! Go to the store outside in the same parking lot, trust me. read more
