I called ATT and they verified I was eligible for the trade-in deal. I contacted the parent company the owns this store and they reviewed security camera footage and said that the manager, Brandon, was completely out of line and I was welcome back to the store at any time. Fast forward to today. I called ATT about a problem with my Galaxy watch and number sync. ATT told me I needed a new esim and offered to mail one for free. I asked if I could pick one up at a store. They said yes. They made an appointment for me. When I arrived at the store they said that I would not have an appointment because I talked to ATT. I explained what the situation was. The salesman looked at my phone and my watch and said number sync had to be working because it was paired with my watch. Ummm....no, number sync is completely different. He then messes with my watch and my phone and tells me that there will be a charge for the esim. I told him they said it would be no charge. He asked, "Who said that?" I said, ATT. He told me, "We are not ATT we are a retail store." So I collected my watch, my phone, said Thank You and left. Now my watch won't even connect to the ATT network because he deleted my old esim and I have to have the issue escalated to higher level support at ATT. I will not step foot in this store ever again, I would recommend that anybody else take the extra trip to the Albany store which is owned by a different parent company and has much better customer service. I should have taken Brandon's advice and never returned to the store ever again.

I left my laptop with her on a Tuesday morning and she got it fixed by Friday early afternoon! Super fast service and her communication was awesome; she kept me in the loop throughout the week about what was going on with the repair process.
