He KNEW what we needed & provided the service with a functional PC Tower...He also mentioned that the specifications we asked for weren't there w/PC Solutions Dell Tower. PLUS the tower wasn't cleared/cleaned of information from a previous owner!!WHAT???? From the moment the gentleman picked up the phone I felt like I had finally found someone that could help me with my problem and I was right. The nice man, Clinton, showed up the very same day, was clean cut, his car was not dripping oil all over my driveway and he actually had a very pleasant personality. I walked him into my house and showed him my computer and told him what the issue was but he actually had remembered everything I had told him earlier on the phone, finally!! someone that listens. Anyway, he said it would take a little bit to figure the issues out but that he thought he could definitely figure it out and I would be able to function on the computer once again. HE WAS RIGHT!!! and the really nice thing is that it did not cost me an arm and a leg. I would recommend Clinton and INETPLUS to anyone.
