I was able to take my PC down right then and drop it off. Chris called me multiple times throughout the day to keep me updated on what he was finding. His innital diagnosis was that my CPU was overheating so we replaced some hardware. He constantly made sure i wasn't overspending on stuff i didnt need. I took my pc home (less than 24 hours later) and it looked great! I booted it up and to my dismay (although the temps were really great) the original problem that i took it in for still remained. I called and asked for Chris and explained to him that he did a great job, but the problem was still there. He didn't make me feel like a bother at all and for the next few hours we did back and forth phone calls while i sent him some of my dump files and he analyzed them. We fixed my problem! (and it was a WEIRD problem so i KNOW he knows his sh*t) All in all i had a really amazing experience with Bellevue. The guy at the front desk (I think his name is Richard) isn't the perkiest guy you'll ever talk to, but he's a nice guy too. Chris if you're reading this, you're a lifesaver!

From the moment the gentleman picked up the phone I felt like I had finally found someone that could help me with my problem and I was right. The nice man, Clinton, showed up the very same day, was clean cut, his car was not dripping oil all over my driveway and he actually had a very pleasant personality. I walked him into my house and showed him my computer and told him what the issue was but he actually had remembered everything I had told him earlier on the phone, finally!! someone that listens. Anyway, he said it would take a little bit to figure the issues out but that he thought he could definitely figure it out and I would be able to function on the computer once again. Three days later, they cancelled my appointment without any notification. They also have the worst phone tech support and would not cancel my subscription without getting "higher approval".
