I went in first thing in the morning on Sunday morning, and although they were a little behind on calling me back, they made up for it with the most exceptional service. Out the door spent $150 total to replace my charging port which was very fair and a turnaround time of same day before they closed. Not only did they fix my issue, but they also cleaned out my camera and so now my pictures can take clear photos of my ugly mug that I will be able to use AI to Photoshop now that I have my phone back! They freely shared some great advice on virus and malware protection. And they took my computer in promising to get to it ASAP and, while they could not promise same day, they would try. This was about noon. By 5:30 they had it all cleaned up - inside and out. And it is so fast - I had forgotten how fast my laptop was/is. I cannot recommend them enough - and if you are a ways out and wondering if they are worth the drive, the answer is yes.
