I brought my machine in and got an immediate, and most importantly CORRECT diagnosis, and this team worked to get my parts rush-delivered. When the part came in, I popped in and they turned the entire job around in under an hour, and they even saved my old webcam-cover-sticker and situated it on my new screen. They freely shared some great advice on virus and malware protection. And they took my computer in promising to get to it ASAP and, while they could not promise same day, they would try. This was about noon. By 5:30 they had it all cleaned up - inside and out. And it is so fast - I had forgotten how fast my laptop was/is.
