To my surprise and disappointment, the Apple Store was no longer stocking either for my model, an Xs Max. Immediately outside the store was a kiosk selling all sorts of accessories for numerous brands of mobile phones. While I was looking for a black or gray phone case, which they did not have, I settled for a blue one. The rep, whose name was Chilli, expertly removed my damaged screen protector, cleaned the screen, and placed a tempered glass protector. He did the same for the case protector. I was done in less than 5 minutes, mission accomplished. Highly recommend this as an alternative to Apple Store for your Apple compatible accessories.

They treat senior citizens with respect and they take their time to explain things so we can understand properly and make good decision decisions. This past week was no different. My wife and I walked to upgrade our iPhone 12 Pro to the 17 Pro and the good individuals of this location easily able to explain the best plans for us and within an hour we were upgraded and out of the shop. In today's world, it's not always easy to find younger people with empathy and understanding of some of your constraints, possibly. Wireless zone has taken care of us tremendously well over the years and granted not everything is perfect but really what is perfect.? I will continue to patronize wireless zone.
