I am probably too upset to write a review right now, but I am so frustrated with the absolutely terrible service at this location! I went there 2 days in a row and got ZERO SATISFACTION on either visit. I had my purse stolen, which included my wallet, of course. And they won't give me a new SIM card for one of the phones that was in my purse because I don't have valid ID! How am I supposed to have valid ID if my purse was just stolen along with my phone????? I had a photocopy of my drivers license and I had a just expired passport along with me, but that wasn't good enough for them! That was yesterday. Today I return with the replacement Drivers License that DMV actually got out to me quickly and they said I arrive too late to get Service! It was 4:50 on a Sunday they're open until five as far as I'm concerned they're still open for business and knowing that I was in there just yesterday and couldn't help me. They should have at least tried to do something to get my phone working again today, but did they? NO! And then they actually wanted to make an appointment with me for tomorrow. I told them "like my schedule appointment went so well yesterday?! I'm not coming back here three days in a row that's ridiculous and unacceptable!" I'm going to try a different Xfinity location...And hopefully will get better service. Their attitude and customer service is so poor I want to give them zero stars! read more

I arrived at the store around 10 minutes before it opened and decided to go get a snack right across. I noticed the line that was building outside the store, and to be honest, I was worried for a moment. When I stepped inside the store people were lined up and the line had gotten longer. A worker was standing at the end putting us on a waiting list. This line was moving at a good pace. The store had two agents working. The waiting was not long. The customer service was good. After four hours dealing with the chat and on the phone with customer service, my husband was beyond frustrated with the zero star customer service. The customer service rep told us to go into the store and there wouldn't be a wait. Of course, there was and my husband was about to snap. Thankfully, Colin saw his frustration and stepped in. The customer service was awful. Felipe was of no help to me. Once again...Felipe was of NO HELP!! I told him I wanted to change/upgrade my service and he went behind his computer and kept clicking and looking. He only asked me what channels I wanted. NEVER went through the packages that are available for the tv and internet. I asked him to go through the packages available and he told me they are always changing and I should look online. So are you telling me he could not go through the packages that are online and help me pick what works for me!! Very disappointing. read more

I arrived at the store 30 minutes prior to my appointment. They took everyone but me even though I had an appointment. When I went to the girl at the front desk and asked when my turn was coming up after being there an hour, she said, "Oh, they called you already and you did not respond so I will have to put you back in line and wait again." I left as I wasted 2 hours of my Sunday time waiting to just be frustrated. It is much easier to call the 800 number and order the equipment and pay the $5.95 for shipping. At 8am on 12/30 an Xfinity Van florida license plate: "55A CVY" ran a red light and almost hit me exiting i95 onto Yamato road in Boca Raton. He then proceeded to road rage, flash his lights, honk his horn, and stick his middle finger up at me. Caught on my dashcam -- footage available. The other identifiable numbers on the vehicle are: 73690 & EE0000921. Comcast makes it impossible to report these incidents. For someone to do these things in a corporate vehicle is fascinating. read more

One of the cable boxes went out. I called Xfinity, they did some diagnostics, sent a signal to the box and it was determined the box was dead. I had an option of having a technician come to the house or I could go to the store and get a new box. I chose the store. The Xfinity store is on Federal Hwy across the street from Mizner Park. It's big, clean and organized. A far cry from the old location. It was busy, but I was on and out in less than 15 minutes. I planned on being there for at least an hour, so it was a pleasant surprise. My only issue was... the internet signal inside was so weak. You would think the internet people would have a strong signal. Other than that, it was quick and painless. read more

ok, basically, they will offer you a "great promotion". After two months of service your internet will slow down considerably. You will call many times and be transferred from one department to another one until they don't resolve anything, so, they'll tell you that you need to upgrade to a more expensive plan which they of course, they'll design for you at a great price again. After a couple of months it will stop working again. You'll be doing the same procedure you did a couple of months ago until they offer a technician to go to your house to find out which the problem is BUT you'll have to pay $100. If you decline to pay you get no service. Basically again is a rip off - safe time - stay away. THE worst service ever read more

The customer lines are long and slow. Checking in with a service member is easy but that person doesn't know much. There was not a lot of movement from the waiting and several customers were complaining quite a bit about the wait. If the long wait time isn't bad enough, the loud door chime is annoying. Plenty of parking by the store, which is very clean and has tons of potential. One could drive to the store entrance from Dixie or US1. read more

I went to the store yesterday and was greeted.by a lovely young lady, a Gentlemen was ahead of me and they were doing everything and anything to please him to the point it was annoying, apparently he did not pay his bill and insisted on getting his.phone put on.they spent so.much time with this nasty.man it was ridiculous but we finally got someone else to help us and that was that. Two visits to the store. The first one was to get cable and Internet access access. The young man that helped me was knowledgeable and fast, but his people skills were terrible. Zero eye contact, not particularly pleasant, did not thank me for my purchase. Went back a second time to switch over to a mobile phone service. This person was less pleasant. Not asmile or nothing. Pretty much gave me a standard rate and did not explain any various plans. Broke the cover of my iPad when it was put back on and did not even apologize for it. Did not bother to thank me for my purchase. I don't know who manages this store, but they need to have a team meeting and improve their environment. If you're going to make people wait 30 minutes to an hour, why not have chairs instead of hard flat cushions to sit on. Help was slow, even after getting to talk to someone it wasn't great. Turns out to return and cancel it takes under 2 minutes once you talk to someone. The person I talked to was doing nothing while I was sitting on the nice foot rest. read more

Our internet goes out constantly. I have to call at least 2x per month to get a credit. each time I call Xfinity, hold times are long and unhelpful. People went a live person not an automatic system! We've had at least 4 technicians come out to help "fix" the situation and exchange wires and it hasn't helped AT ALL. read more

The attractive girl at the counter was helpful but every time I deal with these people I feel like I am getting hosed. Two modems and three house calls later and my internet is still joy working. But that didn't stop them from billing me for the first month. I just want to steam some Netflix lol nice in a while, is that so hard? The incompetence is breathtaking. read more

The service was great, Sunday 12 noon. Only problem 25 customers waiting only 4 marks being worn, no sign "Mask Required" it's comcast fault!!! Mandate No Mask No Entry!!! Had to visit Xfinity again with another replacement (insurance) phone. Linda C. assisted me with the transfer of data, photos, apps ... yada, yada! She was very helpful! (Thank God, I haven't a clue what to do.) I appreciated her kindness and expertise. It was quick and simple process. I was grateful for her help, she alleviated my concerns AND also informed me to keep an eye out for Xfinity new cell phone promotions .... which I NEED and would like to take advantage of.
