In addition, I'm on the senior side of the age bracket. Brian showed up 2 days after we called, a day before the snow storm and set to work. In 2 hours, he had set the computers up and transferred all data. My computer has all the data in the same format for me to easily follow it. Because we are now using Windows 11, there are some new icons and information that I might need help, I will probably call and ask him to come back for a training session. He said to call if we had any follow up questions. I ordered the backup drive that night and got it the next day. Unfortunately, my Mac would not recognize the drive for backup. I called Steve and he said he would have to see the computer. I could bring it in but he had other appointments and someone else in the office would look at it. Upon arrival I was told I had the option of scheduling an appointment for later in the day at $200/hr or leaving my computer for a couple of days for $100/hr. Not the kind of followup service I expected.
