We'd been having a problem with mud daubers coming into our house, so I requested them come and see if they can find where they're potentially coming from. Our technician (I think his name was Trey, I'm horrible with names) came in, sprayed the basewall of the house, and didn't really say much about the issue. Afterwards he worked on the outside of the house, but I can at the very least tell that he missed a nest that I specifically told him about, and left without saying a word. (again, was expecting him to come in and give the run down of what he did / found, contacted cs and they left a note for the next technician to do this before leaving) We'll see if the issue still persists and probably call for a follow up if it does. At the very least customer service is quick and helpful with their response, and I'll update this review if the problem does not persist *update: They responded to our review with a follow up regarding the services provided. I received a call from Mike explaining what happened, and got a lesson in pests which was nice because googling was not as helpful as it could be. I rent, so any attic work is ultimately up to my leasing company--but what I really needed was the inside treated. When I asked why the inside wasn't being done, I was told it wasn't necessary because the technician was "so good." Sure enough, bugs started coming inside shortly after. When I called to get follow-up service, I explained (as I had from the start) that any days other than Mondays and Tuesdays don't work for me. Still, they scheduled me on a Wednesday weeks out. By the time my appointment came, the bug problem had gotten worse. Yesterday, I got a confirmation text for today's (October 6) appointment between 12-2pm. This morning, without notice or explanation, my appointment was moved to October 15--over a week later. When I called, the representative couldn't even see my original appointment for today. I've voiced multiple times that I'm not satisfied with the service and I feel like I was rushed into a plan I didn't ask for. I wanted a one-time treatment, not a recurring plan, and now I understand why they push people so fast. The website advertises a satisfaction guarantee, but so far that has not been honored. Overall, my experience has been frustrating, unprofessional, and not worth the money.

I was a sheep waiting to be sheared (and I had told him that I expected significant damage) and Zach refused to take advantage. No charge. He even apologized for an automatic email that I would later receive offering me a $165 pest control deal. "I just want to set a good sales example for my employees!"
