They offered a solution that was a combination of sealing the holes in the attic and setting traps. After the initial week, they caught a huge rat. Some then (3 weeks later) no more pest issues!

We eventually called someone else out(after our flea problem had gotten much worse), who informed us whatever he sprayed in our home wasn't even the right stuff for fleas, and the two week thing was a lie. So between the gaslighting me, awful service, and the tension he caused between me and my spouse I would not recommend using this company. The new guy I had come out told us we were the second customer he had gotten from this company that week for awful service, if that tells you anything. I have a sign on the gate that says beware of dog, well they see that and leave, they don't even try to contact us. normally when we know they are coming the dogs are put up. Their customer care keep telling me they could send a supervisor out, but I have had a supervisor out twice with nothing done. They can not even knock down the wasp nest, really poor service. Oh don't get their over rated termite service, it is a scam if they actually. They have billed me for the service and never came out to check the bait stations. I know this as I have cameras and know who comes and goes. Go with someone else or better yet purchase your own pest spray an do it youself for an 1/8 of the cost I give them a -1 out of 10
