They only have 1 of each (in my shade) left in stock. I knew these items are always short in stock. She told me she was going to put it on hold. Honestly, I didn't really believe that but when I showed up half hour later, I saw she did set it aside. Awwww...Lupita is the bomb! In addition to the things I reserved, I bought a few more items and every question I had it was answered with enough information.
