Very responsive via text. In-store purchases are exchange only, and if you don't like an item, they will do their absolute best to help you find something that you'll love. No in-shop tailoring (so no measurements), but they'll refer you to one local service. They have a really good eye for what your appropriate size is. I ordered a tux, and it was ready in a few days. I ended up swinging by a month after the tux was ready, only to find out it had been accidentally sold to someone else or was lost. I don't blame them, it's a small business with very limited space, and I was at fault for waiting a month. They immediately reordered the tux again and it came in less than a week. It's worth just shooting them a quick text or call to confirm your orders are ready before going in.

However, my experience this week has been unacceptable and has seriously damaged my willingness to shop with you again. Last week, I purchased a sweat suit for my child. When we realized it did not fit, I promptly returned to the store to exchange or return the unworn item. My request was an exchange for a bigger size by a staff member (a short gentleman with glasses) who cited the presence of a single piece of white lint on the suit as grounds for invalidating the exchange. The suit was never worn by my child, and the refusal to process an exchange over such a minor, superficial detail is unreasonable, shortsighted, and a complete disregard for customer satisfaction, especially for a long-standing customer. I request that you review this specific incident and honor the exchange for the unworn sweat suit.
