He loves it! Today I stopped by to get my daughter her high school zip up hoodie. It's great to be able to buy her High School logo hoodie off season & the owner says some of the proceeds goes back to the high school, so that is wonderful to hear. No appointments required, and they will do their best to accommodate all walk-ins, but usually better to visit on a weekday when they're less swamped. 5-star service when you're the only one there. Very responsive via text. In-store purchases are exchange only, and if you don't like an item, they will do their absolute best to help you find something that you'll love. No in-shop tailoring (so no measurements), but they'll refer you to one local service. They have a really good eye for what your appropriate size is. I ordered a tux, and it was ready in a few days. I ended up swinging by a month after the tux was ready, only to find out it had been accidentally sold to someone else or was lost. I don't blame them, it's a small business with very limited space, and I was at fault for waiting a month. They immediately reordered the tux again and it came in less than a week. It's worth just shooting them a quick text or call to confirm your orders are ready before going in.
