Orange chicken rice and spring roll
    Bella Q.

Not friendly and had lot of attitude . Doesn't feel welcome at all. My friend was hesitant and the waitress acted like she was annoyed by my friend. Need seriously to improve their customers service . Food was ok

This food was bad and they put my lo mien and rice in the same container, they charged us for an extra $10 for orange chicken we never got.

they charged us for orange chicken that we never ordered but they kept sayinng that we did order it. And they acted like they didnt understand us. And they were trying to brainwash us that we ordered it. The lady put my fried rice and lomain when I said 3 times to not put them togethe. This is my first and last time ever coming here!!!

Bourbon chicken is always bourbon chicken

For a food place in a mall, this was actually pretty good! My mom and I ate for $17.

Thankfully our table was ready when we arrived. We were seated immediately and ordered appetizers of boneless buffalo strips. They were giant and piping hot. Could have been a meal. Then I ordered the Cajun pasta. So much food and I was able to have lunch and dinner for the next night. My husband ordered fish and chips and son ordered smash burger. My son ordered extra fries and husband ordeeed sweet potato fries. Everyone enjoyed their food. The only negatives: no garlic bread. They have many pasta dishes, would be easy to add. I used the bread on the table to eat with my pasta. A nice French bread would have worked. The parking, not really their fault but lot of people park in their lot to go to the outlet stores. We drove around 10 mins looking for a spot. Will definitely return, lots of things on the menu and their portion sizes are amazing. We didn't get dessert but I love their cakes and cheesecake.

I love the seating and interior, but the best thing about The Cheesecake Factory is the variety offered in their extensive menu and the quality of the food. This one fits the bill. It was a shopping day with the wife and daughter with lunch at The Cheesecake Factory. We started off with the Egg Roll Sampler Appetizer and it was a great start. The variety of tastes was the star of the show mixing and matching, trying to find the best sauce ratio. My favorite was the chicken taquito. My wife loved the cheeseburger and I can't fault her for it because they were great. Obviously my wife has great taste. My daughter said the Avocado egg roll was the best. I tried it and hated it, AVOCADOS ARE GROSS! For our entrees my daughter got the Seared Tuna Tataki Salad, my wife ordered the soup (cream of chicken) and salad with Caesar dressing. I decided to try something new and got the Steak Diane (woo hoo retro.) My daughter's Seared Ahi Tuna Salad was fantastic. The tuna was cooked well, though it could've been a bit more fatty. The salad was fresh and crisp and the dressing was bright and tangy with undernotes of sesame oil. My wife's soup and salad was great. The soup was homey and reminiscent of a rich pot pie. The Caesar dressing on the salad was spectacular. It was creamy and tangy just like Caesar should be. Now for my Steak Diane, I'm so glad I decided to try something new. You know, take me back to the fancy restaurants of the mid century because this dish was divine. The steak was in bite sized pieces but cooked perfectly. I loved the richness of the Diane sauce and the crisp mushrooms. For desert we had the Pineapple Upside Down cheese cake. It was delicious, a wonderful sweet desert that was the perfect light and airy end to a heavy lunch. I recommend The Cheesecake Factory in Cypress if you're in the area. Or if you're looking for someplace that feels special and fancy but you want to know it's going to not disappoint. And do yourself a favor and order something new, it's worth it. Almost forgot the drinks- My daughter got a Bloody Mary. I didn't try it because BLOODY MARYs are gross. I got the Spanish Old Fashioned. I think I like this better than a regular Old Fashioned. It was rich and smoky, the cold brew added a velvety chocolate taste. The orange peel notes were perfect and it had a good mouth feel. Simply amazing

Figured it would be too late for dinner after the show so I went before and am glad that I did! Easy to find on the east side of the outlet mall and right off of the old Hempstead Highway, now 290. I was there at 5:30 and only a few people inside dining or having a drink. My server was Everado and he was great. I ordered a glass of the Imagery Pinot Noir. I was in real luck as it was Happy Hour with some great discount prices on several of their appetizers, sushi and sashimi. I decided to try the soft shell crab appetizer and it came out so quickly. It was crispy and super fresh, perfectly paired with the wine I had ordered. I love Japanese restaurants like this, especially when they aren't supper busy. You can take your time, order a thing or two and peruse the menu and pick something else at your leisure. My next treat was one of their "signature appetizers" and it was great, what was described on the menu as a tuna and salmon martini! Wow, it tasted as good as it looked and not only had fresh sashimi slices of tuna and salmon but also meaty escolar. In the center was a creamy mix of wasabi, ginger topped with some tobiko, the small orange fish roe. Talk about a real culinary treat! Next up was a special house roll called the Pink Lover Roll which was a roll with chopped spicy salmon, tuna, yellow tail, tempura jalapeno and avocado with spicy mayo, eel sauce and honey wasabi. The portion was huge and really could have fed 2 people. I enjoyed it but found the sauces over the top a bit too much. It was spice but not too hot. Glad I tried it but would opt for something different next time and surely not as large! Last thing ordered was the Hibachi Combo Yakisoba dinner entree. Had it not been for the large previous roll I ate I would have devoured this as it was fresh off the hibachi grill and full of shrimp and beef as well as a lively assortment of crisp vegetables. It came with a pleasant miso soup, the perfect thing between courses. Alas, I ended up taking half of my yakisoba home for a future lunch. The restaurant is nicely decorated, very clean and sharp. You can sit at at table, booth or at the bar, I chose a table. Restrooms were clean and easy to find. In the end my lovely dinner was just under $100 plus a 20% tip for great service so not a place you might go to casually in regard to cost but still worth the trip as everything was fresh and well presented.
