Siu is our favorite - whether it's the Korean bbq side or the express. We always order the general chicken lunch combo with hot and sour soup! Other items we have ordered and loved are the popcorn chicken, fried calamari, garlic noodles, beef broccoli and spicy pork belly. So good and can't beat the price! We have tried the drinks here and honestly, it's not our favorite. I've tried the oolong milk tea and Thai iced tea, both are just ok. Today, I tried the Vietnamese iced coffee and maybe we just had a bad batch or something because it was far from a Vietnamese iced coffee. I was expecting a strong coffee taste, but it just tasted like milk. Just by looking at the drink, you can tell it was mostly milk. Not gonna take off a star though, because I'm hoping we just got a bad batch.

Excellent service, the staff is super fast and accommodating, the atmosphere is so relaxed and friendly and then there was the food; so much good food. The price is worth the service alone; what a great find. We will definitely be back.

Came here for a milk tea and a sea salt caramel ice mocha with boba. Did not like the milk tea as the tea has a weird Earl Grey like flavor. The sea salt caramel was pretty sweet and lacking that salty foam goodness. We wouldn't come back for boba drinks here. Service was good and the place is really nice. On the flip side the Chinese food menu looks good and we would like to come back and try some of those items. This review for BUBBLE TEA only

Best Chinese food I have had in a while. We were on a family road trip from California and are foodies at heart so we gave this place a chance and were not disappointed at all! It looks like a hole in the wall from the outside but looks can be deceiving, the inside was not what we expect, very nice and clean establishment. Employees were so helpful and polite. We ordered the 5 season wings to start (then a second order to finish. That's how great they tasted). For a family of 4 we ordered combo chow mien, combo fried rice and beef with broccoli. Everything tasted amazing and fresh. We could not leave without trying out their boba teas and of course again we were not disappointed. When ever we are in town again, this will be a must go to for us again.

This review is for the boba drinks only, but I can't wait to try the food! I've had a few different drinks and they are always pretty good. Not the best I've ever had, but they have a good flavor and plenty of customizable options. I found the milk tea to be a little watery for my liking, but the boba is perfectly cooked! I had the coconut milk tea this last time. Great flavor, not too sweet! I think I would like it in blended form better so I'll try that next time! Customer service is always great and they are pretty quick. Like I said, I can't wait to try the food. The menu looks great!

The best Chinese food in town. My favorites are the lunch specials Mongolian Beef and Generals Chicken. They give big servings and quality and taste are the best in town. So cheap too. Try their milk teas they are good too. Food is always fresh. Loved their chow mein, Generals Shrimp and Orange Beef too!

Chinese isn't my favorite cuisine but Siu's food has me second guessing my choices. They definitely have some of the best Chinese food in town. It's always fresh and tasty. The portions are big and at a reasonable price. They also have lunch and dinner specials that come with rice and soup. It's a lot of food to say the least. I always get the chicken and broccoli with hot and sour soup. They also have a lot of appetizers; my favorites are the crab rangoons, sweet potato fries, and popcorn chicken. One of the main reasons I find myself coming here is for the boba! I've tried a lot of boba places and Siu beats out most of them. Their drink menu is simple and consistent. You won't get overwhelmed by a million different drinks like at some other boba places. Less is always more. My go to drinks are the Thai tea and Vietnamese iced coffee. The sea salt cream is a game changer and a must try! You can customize how sweet you want your drink as well. It can be 25%, 50%, 75%, or 100%. I don't have a big sweet tooth so I always go with 25% and it's perfect. They also do take out so if you call ahead they'll have it ready for you by the time you arrive. The workers are very friendly and welcoming. The service is fast and always high quality. The Asian express is connected with their kbbq restaurant so make sure to check that out too!

New or a local? This will be your go-to-take out ...thank me later! Being new to Reno and coming from Texas full of great food. It was a must to find my go to Asian take out spot! After trying a few, I always found myself going back to Sui. The food is always consistent, my favorite is their beef fried rice. Their beef is always nice and soft and full of flavor! The best part to top of things is their boba bar, (highly recommend Iced Caramel Salted Latte w/boba) is not to disappoint.

Jasmine milk tea with boba, 1/2 sweet. PERFECT

Love this spot! I don't come too often, but if I'm in the mood for some comfort food in the way of general's chicken and a boba drink, this place hits the spot. Lunch special prices are the way to go, and the portions are super generous. The broccoli beef is a fav, and I love their chow mein. The employees are always friendly, and the ambience in the dine-in is casual yet modern and makes for a great lunch or dinner date.

New favorite bubble tea place. The boba is nice and soft. Thai tea flavor was not overly sweet.

We decided to order the combination family meal so everyone could try a variety of dishes. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted like old friends. Even though it had been a while since our last visit, the staff remembered us, which made us feel so welcome. I love the ambiance here. It's quaint, clean, and comfortable, with soft lighting, relaxing background music, and cozy booths that make it a perfect place to enjoy a meal and catch up with friends. We started with soup. I had the hot and sour soup, which is always my favorite, and our friends tried the flower soup, similar to egg drop soup, for the first time. They really enjoyed it! For appetizers, we shared the prawn, egg rolls, and crab Rangoon, and everything was delicious. For our main course, we enjoyed the Szechuan chicken, Hunan chicken, sesame chicken, and the vegetable plate. Every dish arrived hot, fresh, and full of flavor. The service was outstanding. Our server checked on us often, kept our water glasses full, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout the meal. We always have a wonderful experience at Chin Chin, and this visit was no exception. Great food, excellent service, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere keep us coming back. We highly recommend it!

Traditional Vietnamese or Chinese cuisine IMO, is difficult to find here compared to the Bay Area. But that's not the fault of Reno, it's just the number of asian restaurants are so much fewer here and all the produce is literally imported. My goto when checking out a chinese restaurant is their chow fun noodles. Why? The noodles are perishable and if frozen the texture becomes a bit mushy, not firm. Was the noodle fresh, yes but with the cavet that it was probably imported day or two earlier. There are no local noodle makers in Reno. The dish was prepared in traditionally with a slight twist. Garlic, lots of minced garlic. Not complaining, as this is unusual for chow fun noodles to get amost a fourth of a garlic bulb worth. I ordered the mixed protein version with chicken, pork, and beef. There was a slight sweetness to the dish, which I am atributing it to sugar. Which again is unusual but a welcome addition like the garlic. My last visit was when some relatives visted from the Bay Area and we had lunch. I didn't want to take a chance on the food that they may not be used to, so we choose SK Noodle. Eveyone had their vietnamese Pho and grilled dishes and so far SK did dissapoint any of the Northern CA food snobs! I will be back.

We ordered the Vermicelli with Grilled Chicken, Dry Fried Beef Chow Fun, and Gai Lan with Beef. The portions were generous, and the prices were reasonable. With "Hong Kong Diner" in the name, I was expecting authentic Cantonese stir-fries with good wok hei. Unfortunately, the Dry Fried Beef Chow Fun lacked that signature smoky flavor, and the texture was closer to lo fun than traditional chow fun. The Gai Lan with Beef also lacked wok hei. The outer layer of the gai lan stems had been peeled away, so the stems lost the crisp texture that makes gai lan so enjoyable. The Vermicelli with Grilled Chicken was overly tender and quite salty. It seemed to be marinated so heavily that I couldn't really taste the natural flavor of the chicken. Overall, the restaurant offers generous portions, reasonable prices, and friendly service. I just wish the Cantonese dishes had delivered the wok hei I was expecting from a place with "Hong Kong Diner" in its name. :)
