I ended up getting the Thai yellow tofu/vegetable curry and LOVED it! Extremely generous portion sizes so you'll definitely be taking leftovers home (unless you come in after having not eaten all day or are training for some sort of eating competition)... My husband ordered the calamari appetizer as his main meal and only ate about half, if that -- he was not a fan and said that to him it was really chewy and not all that good. I can't comment on it because calamari grosses me out so I didn't try it because I refuse to eat tentacles, but I can tell you that my husband is a very picky eater so him not finishing his meals is kind of a common thing. So who knows, maybe the calamari is really good and my husband is just really finicky about his fried tentacles and you should take his review of it with a grain of salt. Anyway, the one thing that I found a little odd (and sad) was that from what I could tell in the sushi menu there was no vegetarian sushi, which is the only sushi I get because eating raw fish also grosses me out. I love avocado, cucumber, asparagus, sweet potato rolls, you name it, but there were none of the above on the sushi menu so that was a bit of a bummer. The menu is vast and features cuisine from several Asian countries. The General Tso was tasty but a modest portion. The edamame were good, crispy and salty. I ordered Moo Shu Pork which was tasty but if i actually got 2 of off pork, I'd be surprised. There was hardly any meat in this dish which was really disappointing. The fried dumplings looked house made. I'd go again but wouldn't order the Moo Shu Pork. read more

So as a local to his area I find myself at Asia often for sushi, they are consistent and reliable. They have the best Crab Rangoons, which have perfect ratio of creamy filling to dough. The sushi is outstanding and never disappoints. All the food surpasses the standard you find at other Chinese restaurants. Whether I find myself here for lunch alone or with a large party for dinner the wait staff is pleasant and respectful. I give this place a 3.5! The ambience is pretty good- quite a large restaurant and huge bar, the place was pretty packed when we went. Our server was super friendly and very attentive- but not overwhelming at all. I got a lychee martini which was delish, we started with the cold noodles- SO GOOD, and the house made dumplings- they were OK but just filled with beef and nothing else. I got the chicken fried rice for dinner. It was a very dark color but didn't have much flavor. There were also no eggs in it which I thought was a bit bizarre but oh well. The server suggested I add a sauce to it and he was right! That definitely added some flavor. The sushi tastes super fresh and the Singapore noodles were also a hit! Very worst Chinese we ever had. Inedible. Thai spareribs, bad cut of meat, tough, no flavor, overcooked, inedible. Sesame noodles- two noodles and no sauce. Steak with mushrooms and onions, not the cut advertised, overcooked, tough like rawhide. Sweet and sour 'chicken' mounds of fried dough with no chicken. I found Asia restaurant through Yelp, and we tried the Thai basil fried rice, Pad Thai, gyozas, and spring rolls. The food was really good, the gyozas weren't overcooked like at most restaurants, and the pad Thai actually had sprouts. In the Upper Cape, there isn't a huge range of options for Asian food, so this one is the best. I don't know about the restaurant ambiance, since I ordered takeout. Always fresh, always friendly and the drinks are usually strong. There is a 2 drink free app special but the time of day escapes me. They have a proper sushi area where these master sushi craftsmen ply their trade quite well. Seeing the negative reviews perplexes me, I have been coming here for a few years now, eat in, take out, drinks at the bar, and sushi and never once had something to complain about. Stopped in for lunch today. We were pretty hungry and ordered the egg rolls ( they received good reviews) along with the "must try" (according to the menu) calamari. The egg rolls were delicious however the must try calamari was horrible.Sliced very thin and way overcooked and for the very small portion overpriced. Years ago my husband & I had a few mediocre experiences at Asia, so we took it off our dining list. We decided to try again today for lunch, and were pleasantly surprised. Quiet, relaxing atmosphere. We're not fans of sushi so we stuck with the Chinese menu. Spring rolls were crisp and light. Yu Sieng broccoli was very fresh with a spicy garlic/sesame sauce. Chicken satay was perfectly grilled and quite spicy. Loved the small salad garnish. Huge portions - we'll have leftovers for dinner. Service was prompt and friendly. As I was on a family vacation in the midst of cape cod, my family and I stumbled upon an average looking Asian restaurant, being hungry we decided to give it a try. My family and I have nine people in all, and because of this we were denied entry into a few establishments. Asia Restaurant not only had a table big enough, but they had many value platters great for large family's like mine. The table had something along the lines of a massive lazy Susan on it so everyone can share there meals. Tried the Baby Tako Salad special - who can resist sweet little baby octopi marinated in something red with ginger and sesame and served in a martini glass? This is the only Chinese restaurant in Mashpee and for the most part it's okay. I Enjoy the appetizers very much, the crab rangoon, and the egg rolls are very tasty. The soup seems to be fresh and always hot. However I find the main dishes to be a little bland. Rice is not very flavorful but if you get a dish with the sauce that will add the favor you need. They also have a sushi bar that looks very good however I don't eat sushi. The people that I did see eating sushi there said it was very good. Came to lunch with my toddler. Ordered miso soup, sushi for me, (adult) chicken fried rice for him. Asked for water, but was only given 1 water to share, despite ordering two full meals. Was also only given one napkin...have these folks never encountered a human child before??? Miso was weak, only 3 cubes of tofu, would not order again. Sushi was actually fine. Chicken fried rice was terrible. I'm slightly confused at how terrible it was, and I'm thinking perhaps it's Chinese fried rice? Whereas maybe what we are used to is Thai fried rice? It was brown, uniform color, dry, hard in placed, and seriously tasted awful. We barely touched it. I asked the server if "fried rice with chicken" also included veggies? He said yes, yes! Must have meant the errant onion because there were absolutely no other veggies and we are used to a fluffy almost sticky rice with cubed carrots, peas, onion, egg, etc. This dish was the opposite of colorful and flavorful. Maybe they could specify because they serve all kinda of Asian food, so it's totally unclear and I think reasonable to have expected thai style fried rice. They have plenty of obviously thai choices on the menu. The server was strange, and not engaging. He was walking away from us as I was still ordering food. There were only a few people in the entire restaurant and plenty of servers, as it's a Tuesday, so he wasn't busy. Yet he was acting very rushed. Then while we waited for our food he sat down a few feet from us and ate his lunch. Is this normal? We also were given the sushi long before the rice, which again was not helpful at all as eating in front of my hungry toddler while giving him nothing doesn't really fly. Very disappointed. I have eaten in several times and happy. Today takeout. Four dishes two received hot and fresh two cold and obviously sitting around for a while. The beef dish the fried rice clearly cooked to order and good. The egg rolls and spareribs must be cooked enmass and served buffet style internal to the kitchen. Portions are plentiful and filling. They make a pretty mean Mai Tai which always wins me over. The layout and decor are inviting and comforting. Was told 20 minutes for my take-out so I was there in 10. One minute later, out comes my order. Yay! Got home 5 minutes later (I live a mile away) and both items were barely warm. HUH? And, this wasn't the first time but it will be the last - I'll go up the street to Great Wall - it may be farther away but it's always hot and tastes as good, if not better, and is less expensive.
