I visited the store with intention to get help finding a suitable work shoes for my problem (flat foot, planter fasciitis, and small bunions) feet. Grayling warmly greeted me immediately as I entered. I informed him the purpose of my visit. First he measured my foot on a speciality digital foot machine. Then helped with picking out several pairs of shoes to try on. My options are limited due to restrictions we are allowed to wear with our company uniform. The ones he selected was perfect for comfort and meets company standards; however we both agreed they were basic but not stylish. Grayling was so patient and helpful during the lengthy time I was there trying to find something. He's super knowledgeable about feet and gave me a few helpful pointers to get the maximum comfort from my shoes. Wonderful first time experience and won't be the last. I was disappointed that I just didn't find anything that day cause I really wanted to purchase something from him. Highly recommend this location! Note - Grayling suggested checking out the Rockville location as they have more selections and stylish options due to the location. It was a totally opposite customer service experience.
