History
Established in 2018.
In 2018, I began actively seeking freelance illustration work. A lifelong artist and Seattle native that has always wanted to pursue art full time, I finally made the leap to shift my personal art practice into a business venture.
Meet the Business Owner: Ashley T.
Art is a vehicle to process my joy and trauma, to archive my observations and to share stories that others find personal yet familiar.
Using simple imagery, I hope that my work holds space for the viewer to create something in response: a feeling, a memory, a dream.
When working with clients, I try and capture a vibe. When you hire me, I am focused on conveying the tone of the event or product. Together, we can make an image or series that tells your story well.
I've been a practicing artist and writer all my life. I suppose I'm considered self-taught since I don't hold an art degree, though I have taken art and writing classes since 2007 at esteemed institutions such as Hugo House, Short Run Summer School, The Sequential Artists Workshop, and various colleges in the Seattle area.
