F*cking useless. Took an entire day to print 20 last-second wedding invitations (last-second due to a mess up by a different company) despite assuring us the evening before that they'd be done in the morning. The invitations were terrible quality with visibly pixelated text, on what felt like glossy photo paper despite me saying I wanted matte 100lb stock or something similar and them telling me it would be no problem, and even though I told them they needed to be 5x7 they turned out to be closer to 5.5x7, meaning they didn't fit in the envelopes I had, and I only found this out after everything had closed. Took 20 minutes to print only 10 pages! Yes friendly staff, but very uninformative. When I came in the owner did not greet me I stood awkwardly until he finally asked me, "are you done? " After a very confusing introduction he finally helped me out. During the process there was a lot of silence and the worst part was it took forever for the machine to "warm-up". I hated that... In the end it cost five dollars for only 10 letter sized of colored paper. read more

I needed black and white copies made. Mid way, I pointed out that the quality was poor, they agreed and blamed it on my copy, saying I needed a USB for a good copy to be made. They didn't give me one penny of a discount despite the clearly subpar results. I went to their competition - the FedEx copy center- two blocks away and got great quality copies (and service) for four cents less a copy. I would not recommend this business if you want quality copies for a good price. read more

I tend to print day to day office stuff at my home office. But once in a while, I have to print out large quantities and it's better for me to contract a printer. I was quoted by FedEx Kinko's at nearly double the price. I looked around and this was the closest to my house. I called, they answered and gave me a great quote. Don't let the exterior fool you. It's a small space in a strip mall and it's not as fancy pants but it makes up for it in service. My USB did't work so they just let me use the computer for free and then I was able to print what I need. All in all, this was a great little ma & pop local business that I would happily do business with again. If you Buy Local, this is a great one. read more

I had a somewhat complex and last-minute print job. Also, it was my BABY (aka master's thesis). So, I wasn't sure it was a good idea to go to a brand new place. But, the Ave Copy Centers are generally cruddy and, at this time of year, totally swarmed. So, I brought my baby to Prestige. They did good work. They printed it fast and got it right. Only two quibbles: 1. The Color and Black & White pages did not match very well, so it was obvious which was which 2. When I came back after lunch to pick it up, I had to stand around for at least 5 minutes before getting anyone to even say "hi" I'll give them another shot in the future. read more

Both my girlfriend and I called and asked if they could print a 8 by 10 document and was told yes and to come by in an hour after uploading the file and confirming delivery of the file. We arrived a hour later to find out they hadn't printed it. He went to the desk and printed it when we arrived and when he did he printed it on an 8 1/2 by 11 then told us to just go home and cut it to 8 by 10. It was never offered to cut the document in the office. We were told to go home and cut the document ourselves. Had I known that they would just print it and make us cut the document myself I would of just printed the document at home...for free. read more

I had to prepare some items for work and stumbled across this place..I wish I had stumbled somewhere else. If you would like to be nickled and dimed and overcharged for every copy and print that you create then look no further this is the place for you. They charge you for almost everything and their copies are expensive to begin with. I truly believed that if I had to use their restroom they would have charged per square of toilet Paper. After being a longtime Kinko's customer, I started going to Prestige Copy and print about 8 years ago when Kinko's got rid of their one copy machine that could handle very heavy paper stock. Prestige gladly took care of my heavy paper needs, and in time all of my other printing needs too. I have a small business and, being an artist, am very picky about how things look. Prestige has printed all of my business materials including invoices, postcards, order forms, catalogues, and even a book. I have always been very more than satisfied with their work. On the rare occasion that a mistake was made the people at Prestige have always taken responsibility for correcting it. As a regular customer they frequently cut me deals. Their color copiers are very high quality and I have been especially pleased with the color printing they have done for me. Prestige is a family-run business. They have always treated me honestly, respectfully and sometimes with humor. I always send people to them. read more

I recently printed a 16 page full color booklet and a number of flyers with Prestige. They were SO helpful and professional at every step. I came in to approve a proof and found the color wasn't as bright as I'd hoped -- it was an issue of my monitor, not their printing. The staff quickly opened the file, adjusted the saturation, and in 5 minutes had a new proof that was perfect. They were very communicative, and delivered the order earlier than initially expected. Staff even carried all the heavy boxes out to my car for me. Wonderful example of a top notch small business. I highly recommend them and will definitely be back. read more

I wish I could give two and a half stars, because that is more likely what they earned. I came in on Tuesday in the early morning (9:00 AM) to get my Wedding invitations printed. First they said they would need all day to do a print which I could okay and that I could come back at 6 to okay it. I was a little irritated that it couldn't be done more quickly, but tried to give them the benefit of the doubt because they seemed to be understaffed at the moment and the employee was extremely pleasant. I came back at 6 to check the print, which turned out to be very blurry. I am not sure if the problem was my file or their printers, but I was a little irritated that they didn't think to call me earlier in the day so that the file could be adjusted before returning that evening. In any case, we came to an agreement and she said they would complete it as soon as possible, but no later than Friday. While I found the wait a bit irritating, I figured it couldn't possibly take until Friday and they would surely call me and let me know when it was done. Friday comes and I still hadn't heard from them. When I called they said they were done. If they had been done, why wasn't I contacted? I am also sure that when I call when they hadn't just been completed because when I got there the invitations had already been shrink wrapped together. I have very few pet peeves, but chief among them is a lack of communication. When I went to pick up the invitations it took several minutes for an employee to acknowledge me and once I was acknowledged there was a few minutes of confusion while they tried to figure out where my invitations were. Finally when I was preparing to pay, there was further confusion as far as how much to charge me. This was all resolved rather quickly, but I was already a bit irritated so it probably seemed more serious than it actually was. Last of all worth discussing is the price. Others have said that they nickel and dime you and that is absolutely true. I was charged money for them to cut the invitations ($18.00 in total), however the cuts were done very unprofessionally and many were not straight. I had no qualms at the time about paying extra, but when paying extra I expect quality. The main employee who assisted me Namra was great, but overburdened. I was having trouble copying some documents. It turns out that reason I was having trouble was because the paper i was copying was not 8 1/2 x 11, but was a quarter inch shorter in length. The copies had to be made individually on the glass and positioned exactly right to get good copies. I would never have figured it out, however Ali at Prestige Copy & Print did and as an example of perfect customer service, he also offered to make the copies for me. I accepted as I have no confidence in my ability to put a piece of paper exactly a quarter inch away from an edge and still have it line up properly. He did this at no extra charge.
