Ive had alot of work done here over the years. Ive not really minded so much if a letter starts to peal or gets a bubble its a work truck.i knew it was just a quick get it on there amd call it good kinda deal. But to call it fast signs and tell me at 2 oclock in the afternoon you cant give me a quote on what basic..and i mean basic 3 inch letters cost because you are to busy that kind of doesnt make you fast signs any more. I think ill spend my money elsewhere when i reletter all my trucks. There are plenty of places who are happy to help regular customers. read more

Communication between the Sales person and designer were challenging. Took several attempts to get the design right. Once I communicated direct with the designer, it went quicker. I needed to add a small addendum to the order and they charged me excessively for that addendum. In the end when I needed more work done with the same drainspout print, I chose a different company that charged less, did the job quicker and with better design results. I will not be returning to this Aurora location nor offer referral. read more

I called ahead to ask if they could handle a vinyl decal rush job. The woman I spoke to said yes so I told her I'm on my way with a thumb drive. I show up at the shop and was told to wait outside in the cold while they reviewed my file because I didn't make an appointment. I'm all for COVID safety but it would have been nice to know that ahead of time. 20 freezing minutes later they agree to take it but since it was Friday I would have to wait until Monday until they could start on it. Not a problem since I didn't need it until Tuesday. The $150 quote was steep but since it was a rush job I didn't balk. Well, we had a snow storm over the weekend. Fast forward to Tuesday and I get a call saying they can't do it because there was too much snow and all their employees couldn't make it into the shop. That's was a load of bull since most of the snow had already melted. So I frantically called the Fast Signs in Downtown Seattle and they agreed. I jump in my car and effortlessly drive downtown. They took the job, finished it within an hour (while I waited) and charged me almost half the cost! Now that's customer service. This shop on Aurora sucks. Go downtown if you can. read more

Finally I called FastSigns on N. Aurora. Come on in. Bring your tank and decals and we will see what we can do. Went in. Sure we can do that. Would you like wait for it? The service was awesome. Very friendly, courteous and professional. They got me in and out in under 30 minutes. I was expecting to have to leave it for a couple days. Steven always does excellent work - from a 10 foot long custom vinyl decal installed 10 feet in the air on the wall of my gym to a circular vinyl decals on the weightlifting platforms, he does great design and installation work at a fair price. Highly recommend. read more

Ive had Fast Signs on Aurora complete several projects for me. They do great work everytime. They recently moved to this location which is more convenient for me. Easy parking right off Aurora Ave. Rochelle does my graphics on the computer and sends me a draft to approve first, then go to print. They can handle simple to complicated projects aswell. Pricing is fair for the industry. Would definitely recommend this store. read more

I've gotten several vinyl banners from Fastsigns over the past 6 years, and they've always been really great to work with. We did have a mixup on the final size of the last banner that I ordered, but they were quick to do a reprint and get me what I needed. Ordered the window decal and it turned out to be a total mess attempting to hang it with a friend. It slipped when I was trying to apply it and folded together! The whole thing was stuck and when I tried to pry it apart it tore the numbers. I wanted to cry since it was not an inexpensive investment. I went and spoke to the manager and he was great, I got a credit for the decal and bought a window cling instead, which is way easier to install and re-useable. I have gotten all of my signs there over the last 10 years and I will continue to support them for all their awesome customer service. read more

They are incredibly quick and very helpful at touching up any of the electronic versions of the sign that you bring in so it looks just as you want it. They also are helpful in suggesting small edits that make a sign look much better. All of the details get taken care of right in store and i have had all of my items finished within 2-5 days. Money and time is always well spent here. read more
