Buffing black wax over pre-existing over spray clear coat spots from Ford isn't going to remove the spots and it didn't!!!!! The truck is still covered in them. Not to mention, they never cleaned inside the door jams, didn't lift the hood and cleaned the jams. I paid $400 and they NEVER even cleaned inside my truck!!!!!! Such a waste of money & time- why couldn't they have told Ford that there was NO way they do it instead of making them selves look ridiculously stupid. I received a confirmation that placed all the important details into my calendar. And, most importantly, when the work was done, the car ended up looking and smelling so much better than before, though you could see all the wipe marks on the inside of the windshield. Now the not so great. When I arrived, they told me my mid-size SUV would cost $50 more than the online booking system quoted me. They also told me it was going to take two hours longer than the calendar appointment it gave me, which forced me to rearrange my afternoon. Overall, if they can eliminate these surprises, I would recommend them to most people. For now, don't rely solely on their online system for all the right details.

I recently had my transmission replaced on my F150 after the old one started going out. Safe to say I've had no issues so far, and I'm thrilled with the work they put in. Previously I stopped by a few times and spoke to Rob who was very honest with me and understood my concerns. He is incredibly smart, every question I asked he would have an answer for. Both Rob and Josh took care of my truck like it was their own. Not only was it completed in two days, but they continuously updated me and helped me get some ideas for repairs I'd like to do in the future. The owner Ben is awesome, he's been a huge help and you can tell he values and takes care of his staff and clients. Customer service is the best I've ever had, same with pricing, parts, and reliability. I cannot thank the entire team enough! 10/10

They installed a BDS lift kit on my Ram 2500, and 8 months later I experienced a serious steering…read moreissue that nearly caused me to lose control of the truck. When I brought the vehicle back, I was informed that hardware was missing from the installation and that additional parts would need to be replaced. What disappointed me most was how the situation was handled. Instead of taking ownership or providing clear evidence of what had happened, I was told the issue was likely caused by another shop performing a re-torque, despite no documentation or proof being provided to support that claim. I requested photos, documentation, and an explanation of why certain components needed to be replaced. The biggest frustration was the warranty support. The installation was still within HKP's one-year workmanship warranty, yet I was told the repairs would not be covered. Rather than helping me work through the warranty process, I was left to handle everything myself. I contacted BDS directly, and their technical support questioned whether replacing the entire OEM track bar was even necessary. They requested photos and documentation from the shop to evaluate the situation. HKP did not work with BDS to facilitate the warranty process or help obtain the replacement parts. Instead, I had to personally communicate with BDS, gather the required information, and coordinate the warranty claim on my own. In the end, BDS honored their warranty and provided the replacement parts, which I greatly appreciate. When customers pay a professional shop to install aftermarket suspension components, they should expect support if something goes wrong, especially when the installation is still within the shop's workmanship warranty. Having to manage the manufacturer's warranty myself after experiencing a serious safety-related issue was both frustrating and disappointing. To HKP's credit, they did communicate with me during parts of the repair process. However, when it comes to suspension work and vehicle safety, I expected much better accountability and customer support. I ultimately paid to get my truck back on the road, but the overall experience left me disappointed. Based on my experience, I would recommend that anyone having suspension work done request detailed before-and-after photos, torque records, and written documentation of any repairs or recommendations. Hopefully HKP improves both its communication and warranty support so future customers don't have to go through the same experience.

Pat responded to my review, whom I got in touched with. He kindly offered to do a full work on my exterior and interior of my vehicle. The exterior detail was a lot better. The body, wheels, headlights, taillights and exterior trims are looking polished than ever. They have also fixed the runny grease inside of my vehicle and did a thorough wiped down. All of the missed spots were thoroughly cleaned and I am pleasantly surprised of the detail service this time around. REVIEW: 12/14/16 My car dealership arranged my car to be detailed with Auto Shine Detail(ASD). According to my car dealership ASD we're going to perform a interior and exterior detail. Btw, my car is brand new as I had just purchased it but we were given a complimentary detail thanks to our salesman at the dealership! On the day of picking up the car, we noticed right away the stench/smell of the interior. It was like a "wet damp rag that was used multiple times and left in an enclosed room" smell. Armorall was applied all over my dashboard and all over my car. As a result, my steering wheel was greasy and slippery to touch. Even my all weatherproof mats were greasy. They missed behind my steering wheel which was very noticeable. Parts of the rims were not thoroughly washed and wiped. There were little dirt or crumbs(not sure where it came from) still wedge in between the leather seats on the back passenger and this oily residue(which I think may be the dressing used on the interior) were leaking through the vents of my AC. Windows were streaky, gas and door jams were untouched. The only thing that was did correctly were the carpets as it was vacuumed thoroughly. According to the dealership, they didn't do a final wipe down or touched anything on the inside as it was solely by Auto Shine Detail. Overall, I am very disappointed with the detail performed and honestly I would rather do it myself the next time my dealership offers this "car detail" service unless it is performed by professional car detail technicians.
