Alex did such an amazing job on our wedding invitations and i am so grateful to have found her! We visited her in early December and she completed them in a month. She listened to the design we wanted and it turned out perfectly. Note: if you dont know what font you want when you visit, you can email her changes. She also has invitations on hand for you to use as inspiration of how you want it to look. Do come in mind with whether you want your invitations to be horizontally or vertically. She can also print out your photo if you want one included in your invitation. Give Alex a month or two in advance, especially if you are requesting during peak season. read more

Alex moved heaven and earth to create gorgeous invitations to our engagement party on a pretty tight deadline. Literally every person who receives one says it's the most beautiful invitation they've ever seen! We will definitely be using her for all of our invitation and printing needs in the future! read more

When looking to order our wedding invitations, I looked online but couldn't help wanting to be part of creating my own unique design in addition to wanting to see and feel the paper for myself. I wanted to find a local business where I could personally sit and choose my colors and style instead of trying to imagine what they would end up looking and feeling like if I ordered online. After a little search, I found Citlali Creativo! I stopped by their studio one Sunday afternoon just to peek and see if it was what I was looking for and it was! Alex and her husband greeted me and were very inviting (even though they were almost closing). They seemed very nice, knowledgeable and made me feel our invitations would be in good hands. Once we had all the necessary info, I went back to see Alex and made the style and color selection. She was super patient and accommodating. For me, it was also important to print some wedding invitations in English and some in Spanish and she facilitated that. Our invitations turned out beautifully! I recommend their services and will definitely go back for future needs! read more

Alex is amazing and out invitations are perfect. She takes her time. You never feel rushed and she has great ideas and will go above and beyond to make things perfect. She was always available via phone or text. I would recommend everyone go there just because she truly cares about her work And wants nothing but the best. She gave us extra envelops in case we messed up our own printing. At the end of the day she ended up doing our printing. We had several changes and she was more than willing to help. It was a very pleasant experience. read more

By far the best wedding vendor we've worked with so far. Alex is so patient, kind, talented, and full of great ideas. She went above and beyond to accommodate our every hope for our invites and they still turned out better than we expected. Wedding planning can be an overwhelming experience but Alex took all of our anxieties away. The hardest part of the process was choosing just one of their amazing designs. Use this company! You won't be disappointed. We just got our wedding invites today and although we're over the moon excited for how they came out, we're a little sad our journey with Alex is over! Citali Creativo's customer service just can't be beat. read more

After an extensive online search to match our wedding colors of aqua and gray we are extremely happy with the quality of the Aqua & Pewter Grey Elegant Damask Wedding Invitations. We've gotten many compliments on the final product. We chose the metallic finish, and it is just the right amount of subtle shimmer without being overdone. The cardstock quality was very thick and felt solid, not flimsy. Working with Alex has been great, definitely one of the best vendors I've worked with during the entire wedding process. Very prompt to respond and very patient with my many questions and willing to work with me on multiple iterations until we got a final design. I'm definitely coming back for my ceremony items of table names and place cards. read more

The BEST Place for Wedding Invitations I was a bit in a crunch for wedding invitations, and was directed to Alex and her team at Citlali Creativo to make magic happen. It was a comforting experience from the beginning. I provided an example and description of what I wanted my invitations to look like, and the team took it from there. Not only was Alex communicative, creative, kind and professional, but my invitations were better than I could have imagined, down to the tiniest detail. Alex kept in contact with me and made sure we were on the same page every step of the way. It is so nice to feel taken care of, since wedding planning can be stressful! I HIGHLY recommend Citlali Creativo. They took this task, were timely and produced a beautiful, yet affordable, product. I am overjoyed! read more

My order is not even complete and they are getting five stars from me. I found this company through etsy and could not be happier. They are super creative as you can see from the website and the customer service is excellent. Joe was who originally took my order and came up with an invitation set that suited my budget but at the same time was spot on what I was wanting. They're prices are beyond competitive of anybody I could find locally. Alex is who I have been working with for all the proofing before print. Each time I call with a dumb question she has been more then happy to answer and accommodate. I was so late in getting them the dialogue for all the pages but they didn't even skip a beat once I finally got back to them. They acted as if it was no big deal offering to rush the order and get me everything a.s.a.p. I am beyond excited to see the final product and have complete faith it will be perfect. If you are looking for any type of invitation local to Washington or not give them a call. I know you will be pleasantly surprised. read more

Can I rate more than five stars?? Seriously. Customer service like this just doesn't exist anymore. I found Citlali from a basic Google search, attempting to find someone who would make custom stationery for me from a design that I loved, and isn't widely found anywhere. I emailed the company via the Contact page on their website, and expected never to hear back. Instead, I got a response from Alex, the owner, the very next day. On top of that, Alex was the direct communicator with me and ensured that I had exactly what I wanted (including sending me four different proof options, and having a full and compassionate understanding of the new last name I recently inherited by getting married, and still wanting to honor my maiden name). Then my product arrived less than a week after I submitted the approval, and I am simply amazed. The quality is superb, and the customer service is unparalleled. I wish I had known about this company when I was selecting my wedding invitations a few months back! I will give them my repeat business as long as they're around. I come from a retail-owning business family (and currently help run my parent's business) and am so relieved to know that there are still "good ones" out there. I will send as much business as I can to Citlali Creativo. Major kudos! Thank you, Alex! The stationery is amazing and we (me and my new husband) are both thrilled! Please -- keep doing what you're doing! read more
