Like the other reviewers, I had a last-minute job. I wasn't sure it was possible, but Chris at Fastsigns was not phased in the slightest. I emailed them a file at midnight, at 9:15 I had a proof, and I picked it up at 4:30 pm. It was perfect and Chris was very helpful with installation instructions. Recently, I inquired about a straightforward signage project for a non-profit community center that I supervise in the same neighborhood. Upon first contact with the owner, I was a bit surprised about how unfriendly he was, but we discussed the project and decided to have a site visit to better visualize. After the visit, the owner indicated that he'd get back to me with some design proofs in a week, but I didn't hear from him until I followed up with an email almost a month later ('fast signs'???). The owner's email response stated he was out of town for a week, but that really I should look into finding a different design/signage service in order to "save money." When I replied asking why it had taken him so long to get back to me if in the end he wasn't going to take the job, he responded in all CAPS and used language to make it seem that this was all my fault. My budget had several thousands of dollars to spend on this (not to mention many future projects)... so ultimately, it's his loss. If you're looking for signage, design and printing services, use ZEBRA printers down the street (who are definitely a lot faster, but also helpful, friendly and reliable), or pick from the many businesses across the bridge in Sodo, like Trade-Marx, Davis Sign Co, etc. Don't waste your time with somebody who couldn't care less. read more

I had a trade show to attend and realized I needed a 6ft banner - within 20 hours! I didn't have a clue about design but called and talked to James. He assured me that they could do this for me, so I sent over some ideas and my logo. Within an hour, they sent me back a wonderful design.
