They were affordable, and their customer service was phenomenal. They double checked the spelling and the font that I wanted for the engraving and helped me make sure it was correct since it was a Celtic sayin on one side. The shipping was so fast. I got it within a few days after I ordered. I will definitely be ordering from this company again!

Cons: I was quoted a price and once they heard I needed it by the following day, they held my bible til the day of pick up and called me in attempt to add on additional costs hoping I'd budge in a vulnerable situation, knowing they committed to the timeline of that day. I did not so they honored the price they originally quoted me. More importantly, when I picked up the engraved piece, the font was so tiny, I could barely see it. I was promised black engraving and it was returned as same color engraving. I'm not sure who does the day time engraving there but I wished it was someone more skilled in the trade. I was considering getting my aunts Christmas gift (engraved silverware) from there but after this experience, I will not. I do appreciate the meeting the deadline but am not thrilled with the finished product.

I…read morecame to him with two tapestries and a vision for how I wanted them to live on the wall, and instead of jumping straight into execution, he took the time to truly understand the intent behind the work. He approached the project like both a designer and a maker. Jason talked through the problem with me, presented thoughtful options, and invited me into the decision-making process so the final outcome felt intentional and collaborative. What he ultimately created was a custom, hidden structural solution that the tapestries wrap around. You don't see the construction itself, but you immediately feel its impact. Once hung, the pieces have clarity, presence, and focus exactly as I had imagined. As a one-time courtesy, Jason also welcomed me into the workshop so I could see the process firsthand. It was clear this was an exception rather than his standard workflow, and it only reinforced my trust in his craft and attention to detail. Jason's empathy, creativity, and professionalism come through at every step, from how he collaborates to how precisely he executes. If you are looking for someone who can translate an idea into a thoughtful, well-crafted result, I highly recommend Jason and Rad Design.

When I arrived he said it was $30 for a battery change and $25 for a link change (he said if I needed two links which I had, but was missing one of the two pins that would be needed to hold the links together, it would be an additional $10 for the part). I tried to haggle as it is a cash only business, to which he added sales tax to the service. So just over 60 dollars for a battery change and one link put-on. I personally think he was overcharging $5-$10 per service performed (in this case, two). However, he is an expert with years of experience and one of the very few watch makers available in the area. Also, you don't have to ship your watch if you don't want to (like many places require nowadays). There are various ATM's close-by within walking distance. It took Mike about 15 minutes and I would recommend but, must know he is firm with his business and signs are posted that sales are final whether your watch works afterwards or not.

After several days of searching, we called him and he denied having it. When we showed up, there it was in his store. He refused to allow us to have it, even though we had proof it was my father. This guy made the situation much worse. He even wanted my DL, for what I'm not sure. Not sure what rock he climbed out of but he needs to return. One of the worst! Experiences ever. Doesn't know what customer service is and if your a female, forget the respect. I'd stay away from this place, and go somewhere else.

Because of the terrible job, he then took it to Eddie's to get it fixed. The second time the diamond did look more centered, but there's still a huge gap between the prong and the diamond. After we dropped the ring off, Prestige messaged us saying that the initial job was actually done through Eddie's, who they contract with. When I spoke to the jeweler who set my diamond, he admitted the diamond was set crooked the first time, but said he couldn't fix the gaps because the little diamonds on the prongs would fall out. I don't understand why anyone would touch fine jewelry if they can't do the job -- do a crappy job, and then hand it back to the customer -- instead of being honest upfront and saying, "this is going to be the outcome, do you still want to proceed?" That way, the customer can make the choice before their diamond and ring get messed with. On top of that, he told me, "if this semi-mount was customized to the ring then we could do it." It IS customized -- here are the measurements on the diamond reporting and CAD. Still, he insisted that if they touched it again, the small diamonds would fall out. He kept repeating that the diamonds would fall out -- but that's just an excuse. I even attached photos of a marquise diamond ring set in the exact same semi-mount from the same vendor -- little diamonds on the prongs and all -- and as you can see, it was set beautifully with no gaps. Clearly, it can be done properly if the jeweler has the skills. If they had been upfront from the beginning and we went to a jeweler who actually knew what they were doing, we wouldn't now be trying to find someone else to fix this mess -- all while we're trying to get engaged with this ring. Please don't go to Prestige Jewelry or Eddie's.

The next day before I can leave the work they did fell apart. I called to see what they would do for me and they said the only thing they could do is I would have to fly back there and they could fix it again.
