I just finished a project with Issaquah Trophy & Awards and am extremely impressed. The customer service was beyond exceptional. I was given attentive and patient support from the moment I walked in the door. The staff were creative and helpful, working with me to design a name plate for a gift that turned out exactly how I envisioned it. I was charged a fair price for the time and service, and am really pleased with the final product. I am sad to think how unusual it is to get this type of service these days. Rarely do small business live up to their promise of client satisfaction and customer care at reasonable rates. However this place is exactly what a small business should be, focused on their customers and delivering a better product than online retailers. They obviously take pride in their work and are willing to go above and beyond to maintain their clientele. While I was there I also witnessed numerous other happy customers come and go, each experiencing the same polite attitude and high quality of service that I experienced from the gentleman helping me. Jessica fixed the price jump later after requested, close to what was estimated. This place is a 4 star, just bring your estimate when you pick up because someone is adjusting prices. So every year my friends and I have a chicken wing competition. We all make our own take on chicken wings, and we vote for the best tasting wing. This year I thought I'd make it fun and order some trophies. So late one night I was drinking and thought "Let's order some trophies this year!" Found Trophies2Go through Google. Found a cheap trophy design for roughly $10 a piece. Ordered six trophies (for different chicken wing awards), and submitted the order. I expected the trophies to be cheap and arrive in a week or two. Before I woke up the next morning I was sent proofs. I approved the proofs, and I received my trophies two days later. TWO days later. And they looked good. Again: I was expecting some cheap crap in a week or two. Instead, I received great quality trophies in a total of three business days. And this wasn't even for something important... It was for a stupid chicken wing competition my group of friends do every year. Super impressed. And I'm sure my friends will be too... Assuming I don't kick their ass and keep the trophies for myself. Anyway, highly impressed by this company. My son's team just won the WNPL U12 league on Sunday - due to tight schedules we had to arrange the celebration on the same day which meant having trophies ready before the final game was even played (it was a gamble, but it worked out). What's important is that I contacted Trophies2Go on Tue eve to ask whether they would be able to fulfill the order (Fri was Veteran's day). They said yes (they were actually open on Friday!) I placed the order Wed morning and it was ready for pickup 24 hours later! They close at 4PM and if you are familiar with Seattle area traffic, leaving the office to get there on time was a challenge. Sure enough, I was running a few minutes late and Mike graciously waited for me to get there. The quality of the trophies was great and between the speed and great service, happy to say quite likely the best value to be had. The kids loved their trophies, the coach loved his plaque and parents all complimented the quality of the product.
