I just finished a project with Issaquah Trophy & Awards and am extremely impressed. The customer service was beyond exceptional. I was given attentive and patient support from the moment I walked in the door. The staff were creative and helpful, working with me to design a name plate for a gift that turned out exactly how I envisioned it. I was charged a fair price for the time and service, and am really pleased with the final product. I am sad to think how unusual it is to get this type of service these days. Rarely do small business live up to their promise of client satisfaction and customer care at reasonable rates. However this place is exactly what a small business should be, focused on their customers and delivering a better product than online retailers. They obviously take pride in their work and are willing to go above and beyond to maintain their clientele. While I was there I also witnessed numerous other happy customers come and go, each experiencing the same polite attitude and high quality of service that I experienced from the gentleman helping me. Next time you need something engraved or given a personal touch, I highly recommend this store! read more

Trophies2Go - Engraving Near Me - Renton, Washington

On arrival the place was great, Jessica was amazing. The job was done in a timely manner and when I go to pick up the job the price jumped a lot. Jessica fixed the price jump later after requested, close to what was estimated. This place is a 4 star, just bring your estimate when you pick up because someone is adjusting prices. I worked in small commercial printing and every so often "the boss" would do this at places I worked. read more

Great staff they helped me at a simple plaque to my fantasy trophy and did it very quickly. Also kept it in good shape while I was away on business for 2 weeks. read more

I am a soccer coach that lives near San Francisco. I realized THREE DAYS before the final party that I had forgotten to get trophies. I pulled up Trophies2Go on the internet and figured 'What the hell' I had to trust someone and called Janice at their 1-800 number. She told me she would hustle to get them done. In two days I had seven beautifully engraved, lovely, bright blue EXPENSIVE looking trophies. My little girl saw them when they arrived and said "Tomorrow is going to be the best day ever! The girls are going to be so surprised!" Janice at Tropies2Go is awesome and they now have a customer for life. Kathryn read more

I have been coming here since 2015 when I began coaching my son's baseball and soccer teams. Everyone that works here is simply amazing! They have gone above and beyond for me multiple times. Phone calls and emails are responded to almost immediately. The turn around time is so quick, especially if you are able to pick up from their Renton Office. The quality is top notch and they look expensive even though the pricing is incredibly affordable. I also love the lay out of the website and it gives you the turnaround time before you order. They have so many options that are available within a day, even same day. One time I ordered trophies and needed them sooner, so I called and made a miracle happen. There are just not enough good things I can say. Thank you to all the incredible employees that make it all happen read more

It has been almost 50 years since I won the Class A Club Championship at our golf club. It was also the year my first child was born. Unfortunately the award for my great achievement was lost over the years and I wanted something to take its place proudly in my trophy case. Janice and her team could not have done a better job in helping me chose the appropriate trophy and helping finalize the customized engraving. Thank you Issaquah Trophy!! Highly satisfied with their service. I needed items urgently and they worked very quickly and collaboratively on my project, doing their best to deliver the best prices. I also found them to be very non-judgmental which was refreshing (my products has a feminist theme). Thank you! read more

AWESOME customer service!! Really outstanding!! I needed more trophies than they had in stock. I called, talked to an actual human being right away, a motivated customer service rep!! She figured out how to save my awards banquet by having the supplier ship the extra trophies directly to me, and Trophies2Go sent me trophies and all of the engraving. I got EVERYTHING within 3 days - - SAVED MY BACON!! Thank you!! read more

I have used Trophies2Go on several occasions over the last year. I am an avid golfer and play regularly with a couple of groups. I ordered trophies with T2G because of their large selection, excellent value and competitive price. I have been equally impressed by their customer service. All of the trophies I purchased needed custom engraving. I entered my requirements on the web site, T2G confirmed the order with an engraving proof and I had the opportunity to make changes or approve instantly. My shipments arrived on time and the quality of the trophies was excellent. My personal favorite golf trophy is the Cameo - http://www.trophies2go.com/Cameo-Golf-Tournament-Award -. I received a feedback e-mail from T2G a few days ago and provided some feedback. They responded immediately and professionally which confirmed that my new trophy store is now Trophies2Go. Greg G. So every year my friends and I have a chicken wing competition. We all make our own take on chicken wings, and we vote for the best tasting wing. This year I thought I'd make it fun and order some trophies. So late one night I was drinking and thought "Let's order some trophies this year!" Found Trophies2Go through Google. Found a cheap trophy design for roughly $10 a piece. Ordered six trophies (for different chicken wing awards), and submitted the order. I expected the trophies to be cheap and arrive in a week or two. Before I woke up the next morning I was sent proofs. I approved the proofs, and I received my trophies two days later. TWO days later. And they looked good. Again: I was expecting some cheap crap in a week or two. Instead, I received great quality trophies in a total of three business days. And this wasn't even for something important... It was for a stupid chicken wing competition my group of friends do every year. Super impressed. And I'm sure my friends will be too... Assuming I don't kick their ass and keep the trophies for myself. Anyway, highly impressed by this company. I'll definitely be using them again if/when I have any awards I need to hand out. read more

My son's team just won the WNPL U12 league on Sunday - due to tight schedules we had to arrange the celebration on the same day which meant having trophies ready before the final game was even played (it was a gamble, but it worked out). What's important is that I contacted Trophies2Go on Tue eve to ask whether they would be able to fulfill the order (Fri was Veteran's day). They said yes (they were actually open on Friday!) I placed the order Wed morning and it was ready for pickup 24 hours later! They close at 4PM and if you are familiar with Seattle area traffic, leaving the office to get there on time was a challenge. Sure enough, I was running a few minutes late and Mike graciously waited for me to get there. The quality of the trophies was great and between the speed and great service, happy to say quite likely the best value to be had. The kids loved their trophies, the coach loved his plaque and parents all complimented the quality of the product. I am very pleased and will certainly become a regular customer (provided the kids keep on winning! :) read more
