She got an award made for my Soldier here done in about 24 hours! Isn't that amazing? It didn't even look like it was that quickly made. When I had to get something made for my senior NCO that was PCSing, I literally had 24 hours; SO I stopped by here, asked them how long it would take to get something made, told them what I wanted and they had me pick up literally the next day. I WAS ECSTATIC!!! They made me Washington Tribute, which was gorgeous! After I presented the award to my NCO, people were already asking where I got it made! The tribute was really beautiful and very inexpensive! I was so happy and pleased. Best of all, my NCO loved it! SUCCESS! If you need something done, especially with very little time, check this place out. Their prices reflect the real cost, no charge for engraving or for anything extra. YOU NEED TO COME HERE!

I was incredibly disappointed upon picking it up to see that the engraving was visibly off center and plainly listing to the right. I expressed my dissatisfaction with the cashier, and she retrieved a gentleman who regaled me with such gems as, "I do this for a living," or, " this is a perfectly straight engraving," and, "I'm the owner," as if that were to somehow align the misaligned. There was no acknowledgment of wrongdoing or even a simple, "i'm sorry you're not satisfied." He simply argued. An attempt to prove his point with incredibly dilapidated six-inch plastic ruler made me realize that he in fact did not care about his customers, so I left. I won't be back, and my son's $100 birthday ($80 for the knife, $20 for the engraving) present will forever be off center. Hopefully this helps someone make an informed decision.
