Rowell was an absolute pleasure to work with. We had A LOT of changes that we wanted after our original brainstorm (which was entirely due to our indecisiveness) and he was helpful and accommodating with every single change. At first I was dreading the custom made invitation process just because I am in no way creative, but Rowell took our jumbled ideas and edits and created something elegant, beautiful, and 100% suited to us as a couple and our venue. We received several calls and texts after mailing our invites just to compliment us on them. The best part was that he offers an option to print the names and addresses for each guest, which significantly cut down on the time we had to spend and made our invites look uniform and professional. The only thing that I would have changed is asking more questions regarding the price as we went along. I.e. As we added items have him say or us ask how much a piece each invite would be. I was referred to Sparkll for my wedding invitations from a friend who had hers done through them. After spending hours upon hours of looking for the best price and great looking wedding invitations on wedding websites I just didn't find anything that was perfect. After meeting with Rowell and discussing some ideas of what I wanted along with the color scheme he was able to create the most beautiful wedding invitations! We have gotten so many compliments! He was very quick with the turn around time, responsive to all my email inquiries and reasonably priced. ...actually I take that back, the pricing was cheap compared to the quality cards that we received. Most websites offered normal weight card stock and additional costs for RSVPs and inserts. If you wanted it nicely packaged that was an additional cost that was more than the invites itself! With Sparkll, the cards are layered so they are quite sturdy they came ready to go in their little folded pockets. ... I actually wrote and saved this review a few weeks ago and just wanted to update that I had to go back to Sparkll to order more invitations.
