Ashley Home Store no longer accepts credit cards over the phone. The items I wanted were discontinued but I was told they were in the store and to call in the morning before driving the hour to the store. Well, after being on hold forever and managers scurrying around, they said the items I wanted had been sold within the four hours between closing and when they opened in the morning. I think their system of staying on top of their merchandise, not holding anything for anyone, and requiring long drives to personally present a card while the item the customer wants may be sold while they are driving up there, stinks! read more

After posting my original review I received a message from Ashley Homestore saying that someone from the escalation team would contact me within 48 hours, on the 15th. It is now been 72 hours and still no email, or call. Apparently even the escalation team doesn't consider customer's time valuable either. Also I have received an additional email stating that the new shipping date was the 30th of this month. Apparently I'm not going to get this table until mid January, which is just fucking great. read more

Great service! Fantastic prices. I didn't realize how easy buying home furniture was until we walked in.

Went to Ashley HomeStore to browse for couches. Richard was extremely helpful. He answered every question we had and helped us find the perfect couch. If you are looking for great home furniture and someone with exceptional customer service I would recommended Richard at Ashley HomeStore in Southpark Meadows. read more

OK - after emails sent to corporate ("sorry - the Pflugerville store is a franchise store so we don't deal with it") I sent an email to Customer Care at the store which got directed to Customer Care in New Braunfels. Their solution: I pay $35 for a technician to come see the items and they will decide whether it's a manufacturers issue or not. After reminding me of the 1 year warranty and that I'm past that, what is the chance that Ashley will stand behind the furniture? Zero and none come to mind. There is no customer service from Ashley. read more

I give Ashley Furniture 1 star because of their delivery service and warehouse. The sales experience was "ok" but the delivery was terrible. Two missed deliveries. A piece was cracked so we refused the piece. The replacement piece delivery was missed again. I have since asked for two refunds and I will not be venturing to their store again. read more

I have been waiting almost a whole month for our patio furniture to be delivered and I'm already receiving bills to pay for it. I understand life is chaotic right now and delivery may be longer, but I haven't even been able to get ahold of anyone except through the chat box. I've left over 5 messages and have been on wait for over an hour through all the times I've called trying to speak to someone. AWFUL read more

Customer service is abysmal. Ordered a dresser and 2 nightstands to be delivered and set up. Nightstands showed up via UPS just before the delivery truck with the dresser. The delivery guys took the dresser upstairs. When I asked them to bring the nightstands up they said, "we're not really allowed to do that. Unless....could you buy us lunch?" Are you kidding? I paid for delivery! What a joke. I ordered three pieces from a COLLECTION. I will NEVER shop there again. read more

I have had to have warranty repair twice in 5 months on my sofa - very overpriced sofa! Will never purchase there again.

tl;dr: basically a copy of what everyone else is writing. we got a couch for my man cave, the last piece of furniture in our brand new house. "oh yeah, we'll deliver it 08MAY, no problem" 08MAY comes, 830-1130a window, i get a call at 1034a saying "the truck is broken, so it be delayed until 4p-9p." ok, cool, no worries. 834p, i call and they say "oh yeah, they see it's supposed to be on the truck, but it's not. you won't be getting it tonight." the delivery people basically say they don't care and can't do anything, so i told them that they need to call the delivery company, tell them they screwed up and it needs to be on a truck for 830am delivery tomorrow, or i issue a chargeback. hesitantly, she does, but can't "confirm" i call the saleswoman who at first tells me "we don't guarantee delivery." well, from a legal standpoint, you don't guarantee a delivery TIME in your contract, but by not saying "date" in there, you imply that the delivery date is guaranteed. i tell them this, and they say they will waive the delivery fee. let's see if it actually gets here tomorrow. next time: buy on amazon. read more

I wish I would have read these reviews before purchasing from Ashley. I will never buy anything their again. The store is nice but the sales people stalk you. I bought a $2,000 couch. The two guys who delivered it broke the couch and damage my front door. I have been talking with customer service people almost every week for 2 months and each time I talk to them they say they have no idea what is going on. I aways have to wait on hold forever. If the couch doesn't get fixed soon. I will try and return it. However, I think they would keep giving me the runaround until I gave up trying to return it. I've learned my lesson. I will pay more next time for a higher quality couch and more importantly, better customer service. read more

They make promises, but can't deliver. I ordered a two beds, a couch, and a dresser on Black Friday. Was told to expect delivery the next Thursday. I told them I can take delivery any day AFTER 4PM OR on a weekend. I received a TXT stating my delivery was scheduled from 10:30AM to 2:30PM. I called the delivery center and they were 100% completely unwaivering andd only offered a weekend delivery 3 weeks out. So Then I go to the store to Cancel the order and talked to the SM (Dan LaBarbera). He convinced me to give him until the end of the day and he would have my items delivered on Saturday. He told me he would call me back by the end of the day. He did not. The next day I went into the store and talked to Tiffany. Tiffany was very nice but there wasn't much she could do because Dan was off that day and no one at the Warehouse would answer the phone. Apparently the store and the warehouse are completely disconnected and don't talk to each other. Tiffany made notes in the system. I then went in on Friday December 6th to find out about my order since, once again, the warehouse sent me a TXT telling me that they would now deliver the following Monday from 10:30AM to 2:30PM. I talked to GM (Dan LaBarbera) once again who told me (once again) to give him until the end of the day and that he would call me back. Guess what?! He DIDN'T call. AGAIN! So I make ANOTHER trip to the store and he told me that everything was taken care of and they would indeed deliver my furniture when I am home after 4PM on Monday. Today (Saturday December 7th) I get a TXT from the warehouse asking to confirm my deliver for THE TIME I TOLD THEM I COULD NOT BE HOME.....10:30AM Monday. AGAIN! I called the warehouse and they told me there were no notes and they would not be able to change the delivery time. NO MATTER WHAT. PERIOD. What a disorganized mess they run. I have no idea how they stay in business. I will be cancelling my order. I have zero faith that can or will do what they say they will do. I furnished my entire last home with Ashley. Never again. They aren't the same anymore. Sad :( read more

We also had a horrible experience with delivery. We purchased a bedroom set. The sales experience was good; we worked with the sales manager. Delivery took a big chunk out of the wall when bringing in the furniture. The driver seemed to feel bad about it. He said he would file a damage report and we would hear back in a week. After a week, nothing. So we called Ashley customer service to begin the torture. 1) They denied any knowledge of damage or a damage report 2) In any case, our claim is void because we had to notify them within 2 days. We were never told about this. 3) They said the driver had a signed receipt saying there was no damage. We signed no such thing and the driver apparently forged it. 4) The could not contact the driver because its a third party company. Yet their TV ads boast how they save costs by using their own delivery staff. 5) Against policy, the friendly agent would personally put in a claim for us and get this resolved 6) They will call us back in a few days, which surprisingly didn't happen Now REPEAT THESE STEPS FIVE TIMES without resolution. I finally had my son repair the wall damage. Ashley policy seems to be to ignore customers until they go away. They have succeeded with us! read more

Please save yourself the aggravation of dealing with Ashley. The worst in customer service. we ordered a bed, it was delivered and when guys tried to assemble they found it was missing parts (this was the second bed this happened with). they could not get in touch with anyone so had to leave. Next day i called, they were rude - said all they could do was send out missing pieces but they did not. I had to call again. i requested expedited shipping but they refused. Finally got stuff 10 days later and had to wait several days for someone to come out and turned out material was INCORRECT. the guy took more pics, went outside to call Ashley and then just left! Will I ever get my Bed? not looking good! read more

I almost never write reviews, but my experiences have been so bad with this store that I would give them a zero if I could. Customer service is horrible. Have been waiting 2 months for my product with minimal updates and continued "delays" and still haven't received the products I paid nearly $4K for. The details: Order a bedroom set on Labor Day and informed our salesperson our condo restricted us to high-rise delivery hours (8-5 M-F) and he said that wouldn't be a problem. Got my delivery window and my window was 5-8pm Friday. After HOURS trying to call and talk to someone and being given the run around (the call center for deliveries is the worst I've ever dealt with) I was never given any help and had to get my condo association to give me a one-time exception. A couple months later (early October) we make the mistake of going back to order a new living room set. Sales person was nice and we explained our frustrations from our last delivery and he said our previous sales person must not have put in the delivery info correctly and not to worry, he would fix that this time. We choose our furniture and are informed one of the items wouldn't be available for a couple weeks so our delivery needed to be scheduled accordingly. No big deal (or so we think) and we schedule delivery for 11/22. On 11/12 I get a text message asking me to schedule delivery. I am confused since I already scheduled my delivery, so I go into the store the following Saturday 11/16) to ask about it (given my past, horrible experience with trying to call). They inform me that due to an error on their part, my scheduled delivery was removed and now that day is no longer available. I informed them I was going out of town and wouldn't be able to receive the couch the following week and asked if there was any way they could make 11/22 work. They told me they could email the warehouse and check, but they wouldn't know for sure until Monday (11/18) since it was the weekend, but they'd call me back as soon as they know. Monday comes and goes. Finally on 11/20 I get a call saying that actually the couch isn't even ready. It's now on back order and won't be available for delivery until the next week at the earliest (the week I already informed them I wouldn't be home to receive it). I am annoyed, since I'm not sure how they didn't know the couch wouldn't be ready on 11/16 when I talked to them, but I schedule the delivery for 12/6 instead. Now 12/6 is here and I still haven't received my couch. I tried calling the store and am somehow re-routed to a corporate customer service rep who informs me that the couch is still on back order and they've done me the favor of rescheduling my delivery for 12/13 and "oh, didn't someone inform you?" Nope - no update was given to me until AFTER I called and sat on hold for 15 minutes THE DAY of my supposed delivery. A At this point, I'm frustrated enough and have decided I just want to cancel my order. I'll order something new from a company with better service. The rep informs me that to do that I have to call the store. I thought I had called the store! She transfers me to the store AND I GET HUNG UP ON BEFORE I EVEN SAY ANYTHING! So I tried calling back this afternoon to get ahold of the store. The first person I reach is also corporate so she tells me which option to choose that routes to the store. I choose that option AND I GET HUNG UP ON AGAIN! I try a couple more times and now they stop even answering the phone and let the calls go to the automated messaging system. So I call corporate again and explain the situation. The person I talk to is the more helpful person I've talked to through the whole process. She raises a ticket about my concern and wish to cancel and then tells me she will try calling the store herself to get me someone to talk to. She transfers me over after someone answers AND THEY HANG UP AGAIN!! Looks like I'm going to need to go into the store to request my cancellation (and won't be afraid to inform others in the store of my experience). read more

We went to Mineola Ashley store. I was amazed at their selection. They make a lot of their own furniture! Our salesman was Thomas P. and he was fantastic. I wish I could give ZERO stars to this terrible company! We were directly lied to by sales and management about items we were purchasing as a set. When the delivery arrived (at the wrong time btw) we were surprised to find incorrect items and items missing. We were told by delivery to contact the store directly, which we did that day. Management told us they would not refund or exchange the items; however, they did offer for us to repurchase items we had already purchased! Attempts to deal with customer service were painful, exhausting, and no resolution ever came. We got stuck with items we did not want, never got the ones we did want, and are still waiting for the missing item! I can't believe this company is in business! They are snake oil salesmen! Don't spend your hard earned money with these creeps, unless you like being treated terribly! Also, the cashier was eating corn nuts while she was helping us and it smelled awful! Put the stinky snacks away while you are helping people! Management was rude, ineffective, and didn't care at all. What a horrible experience! I'm glad we payed up front, because I'm certain they would attempt to screw you on your payments somehow, too! Awful, awful, awful company! Update: "Ashley F" responded to this review saying I should contact their customer service. What a joke! We already talked to multiple people at customer service. They were all equally unhelpful and exacerbating! We were told the matter had to be resolved at the store level and that store management would contact us within a day to offer a resolution. That was days ago! I wish I'd checked Yelp before I ever shopped with this dreadful store. If you read these reviews and still shop with Ashley, you are clearly a masochist! What a terrible company! read more

The delivery process for Ashley's is ridicuous. Don't buy here if you want to get your furniture any time soon. This was the first time I was buying real furniture for my apartment and I was really excited. My roommates and I went to multiple furniture stores, but ended up buying from Ashely's because of the sale they were having. The employee that was helping us was super friendly and helpful when we were deciding between 2 couches. We ended up buying one on the spot. Because it was Labor Day weekend sales, many of the couches were on back order so it would take an entire month for me to get my couch (which already is ridiculous). I went ahead and bought it because it was such a good deal and I really liked the couch. A month rolls by and I receive a phone call a couple of days before I'm supposed to receive my couch to tell me that it's delayed and it won't come for another week. I'm a little upset, but I've waited this long, so I can wait another week. Then, a day before it was supposed to be delivered on the new date, I got another phone call saying it was going to be delayed again for another week At this point, I'm pissed. It's bad enough that you made me wait an entire month then delayed it a week. Now you're delaying it another week?? Ridiculous. I demanded compensation and they refunded me back my delivery fee which made me feel a little better. The day before it was supposed to be delivered again, I hadn't received a phone call with a time frame and confirmation so I had to call them. Turns out, it was going to be delayed AGAIN because their trucks were already full. Wth. They were going to deliver the next day (Saturday) but I had plans. I went ahead and scheduled it for Saturday and asked them to give me a 30 minute call before they arrive. Saturday rolls around and I'm waiting, late for a birthday party I was supposed to go to. Decided to just leave and wait for the 30 minute call. I get a call when I arrived at the brithday party that they will be at my place in 10 minutes.... I was all the way up north and wouldn't make it in time. They called me when they got there and said no one was home and I had to beg them to wait 5 minutes for me to get home. In the end, I finally got my couch 1.5 months after my purchase with the wrose delivery service ever. The only reason they get 2 stars is because they customer service reps were nice and tried to do what they could to help. read more

This place is as bad as everyone says it is. They truly do not care. They say you're product will be delivered one day then two weeks later they're still giving you the run around. I should've walked out when the sales guy told me they were having an18% off sale, but for the poor customer checking out before me it was only 15%. This company is dishonest and lacks integrity. Go to Five Elements on south Lamar. I got the most beautiful furniture, well made, high quality and fantastic customer service. Oh and the best part, they delivered it to me on time. read more

A bedroom set was purchased for me as a gift and supposed to be delivered on a Wednesday at 10. For whatever reason, they called at noon saying it would have to be Thursday at 10. Delivery guys were over six hours late on Thursday (and high as a kite). When they did show up and opened the truck, I noticed my entire bedroom set strung about the cargo area. I guess they just throw it on the truck and hope for the best. A tie-down here and there probably would have prevented a dresser from being broken as well as part of the drawer/storage bin for under the bed. After they dump it all in the living room and burn off, I spend the next half hour fixing handles on the dresser. They put about half of them on upside down, stripping the screws when they assembled it. read more

I bought a $2K bedroom suite, whilst there was a damaged one on the showroom floor, I was told my new one would not be like that - when it was delivered and assembled, sure enough, it wasn't damaged at the time - but within 6wks IT WAS!!! .. and now, another 6wks later, I am still waiting to have this problem fixed ... I feel Ashley Furniture have lied and deceived it's customers, as this is NOT HIGH QUALITY FURNITURE AT LOW PRICES .. I've found a similar suite at ROOMS TO GO for $350 LESS AND it already as the 'part' that guarantees it will NOT SAGE! ... I SERIOUSLY WANT ALL MY MONEY BACK FROM THESE ROBBERS! read more

After making the rounds at other furniture places, I ended up at Ashley. I had been to this place a few times before. First of all, I have a friend of mine who works at another Furniture place up north. I know for a fact that there is a huge mark up with furniture. We had been in here the day before with our youngest in tow. The downside was it was hard to make a good decision. When we came back the next day, we left him at home so I could concentrate on finding something. I have a Lazyboy sofa that has a lifetime warranty on it. After almost 7 years, it has seen better days. The plan was to get Lazyboy to come out, fix it and then buy a love seat and 2 end tables. Before we went to Ashley, I did step over to the "Closeout" place next door. They were more expensive than Ashley. Jacob assisted us both times. I appreciated the fact that he was very patient when my 5 year old was jumping on the furniture. He was not very pushy at all. In fact, he has the manager come over the first time we were in to see what she could do to earn my business. Jacob had even called me to tell me the manager had approved us 5 years no interest if we bought. Usually, there is some sort of catch like you have to spend at least $4K. The original plan was to buy a microfiber couch and loveseat. We had looked at a few sectionals but the problem with that was the sectional was over $3K. My budget was around $2500. We finally decided on a leather "blend" sofa being that it was durable and easy to clean. Jacob did tell us it was a blend of leather, not all real leather. We were already planning on paying for the warranty since we have kids and a dog. We decided on the sofa and loveseat that was going to be a part of the sectional and not buy the "wedge". Jacob went as far as bring end tables over to look to see what would go with the sofa. The day before we had spend 3 hours easy shopping around. Jacob wrote up the order and I had to go over to one of the girls working in finance to "check" out. I have worked in furniture sales before. I asked if the deliveries were done by Ashley or a 3rd party. Jacob told me it was done both ways. I was a little appalled that the delivery fee to Kyle was so expensive. I understand that gas has gone up. How these places get you is that if you live outside of the city limits, they charge you extra, which is crazy because it is closer than you think. I get a little nervous when i hear 3rd parties are delivering furniture because they are paid by the job and they usually do not care about customer service. I did win a $50 gift card from Ashley which they took off the total price. $50. You would figure that if you are going to drop that much on living room furniture and I have been in the store more than once, the manager should have offered me free delivery or maybe gave me 10% off to save on the tax. If I would have been offered some sort of discount, I might have opted for a sofa table or even a new dining room table. I will say the 5 years of interest free payments was a big deciding factor on the living room set. They did not even have to give me that. If you shopped around you could probably get things a little cheaper. I have learned that if the sales person tries to pressure you into making a deal right away because the special deal is ending on Sunday, more than likely a new one will be available. I am curious about their Outlet center in New Braunfels. I may have to go over and see if I could have gotten a better deal. I will say that I almost bought at North Carolina Furniture Direct and it was going to cost me about the same amount that Ashley did. read more

We ordered an accent cabinet on November 25th with a scheduled delivery for December 11th. The main issue with my rating is that we received a confirmation text and voicemail on December 10th confirming the estimated delivery window. My wife took off of work for the day to ensure someone would be home for delivery, but on the morning of delivery, she received a call from Ashley Furniture stating the piece was damaged and they could not deliver damaged furniture. This is all fine, except for the fact that I would have expected them to have checked to make sure they could actually deliver the piece before sending us the confirmation so that we would not have wasted our time taking the day off. Now we have to wait an extra week and a half to receive a new piece. In addition, since we received the confirmation text on the 10th, we went ahead and cleared the space for the new cabinet and the TV that will be sitting on top of the cabinet will now be resting on the floor for the next week and a half. On top of this, while ordering the cabinet, we were first told the price was $560 after their discounts. I had already pulled the piece up online that showed the price was $499 before discounts. The store matched the price online, but the main concern is that had I not had the online price pulled up, we would have paid $60 more than necessary. Why do the store prices not match the online prices? read more

The worse customer service I have experienced in a long time. I ordered a bed and they agreed to deliver on a Monday. Prior to delivery I decided I wanted to pick up the bed myself and put it together myself. When I called to arrange this transaction, they stated they do not have all the parts and it won't be in until Monday. Monday rolls around and they deliver my bed, yet don't have the parts to put the bed together. Leave my house with the bed frame and say I will get a call the following day on the status. never received a call, I had to call them. come to find out, the part was never sent and I would have to wait 2-4 weeks. so customer service offered to get me another bed but I would have to wait a week in a half. all they offered was either 100.00 gift card to the store or 25.00 off the delivery fee for inconvenience! are you kidding me. I canceled my entire order! 1. you arrive to my house without the part you were waiting for 2. you didn't follow up with me on the status of my part 3. I would have to wait an outer 1-4 weeks 4. I was already waiting on a Monday a working day for this delivery because this was the only day you have avaliable to top it all they gave me the run around for my refund and now they are telling me I can't get my refund until they come get this bed out my house. I doubt they call me. I'm so angry. I never shopped at Ashley and I never will again! there is so much more to this story I'm so angry I can barley type. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE read more

Do not buy from this store the sales men are not honest and will tell you anything to get a sale! I was sold a $3500 in bedroom furniture and was told it would be delivered on 11/19! I waited all day from work and Know one showed up! I tried calling multiple times and was on hold for 30 minutes! When I did speak to someone I was told my bed would be delivered on 12/19, 2 months after I initially was told by my salesmen it would be delivered on 11/21. They sold me a mattress pad with out my consent and was told you signed for it so no returns! What a scam I paid $150 for something I never asked for! Do not, under any circumstance, buy from Ashley Furniture. They have no idea what customer service is past the point of sale. I had a fine experience in the store, got what I wanted at a price I was willing to pay. Now, the item I ordered was supposed to be delivered this Saturday, 2/4. The item was ordered in the store on 1/16. I get a call yesterday, almost 3 weeks after the purchase, telling me the item is not in stock and will not be available until 2/8. I understand that things happen that are beyond control, but the fact that this store has such a horrible grasp on their own stock and availability should have been the first clue as to not to purchase anything here. I ask for delivery on the following Saturday, 2/11 and make the request that it's delivered before noon. I think that's a reasonable compromise. You are putting me at an inconvenience, I accept that, now make it right by delivering in an early delivery window. Was informed that there was no way of knowing when it would be delivered until 2/9 and even then, the best they can do it offer a window. Called the store and talked to the manager there who tells me the same. So I email their customer service department. Got a call today from their Customer Service stating that based on the location, there's no way they can deliver before noon. Well, wait, I thought there was no way of knowing until 2/9? But all the sudden, they know now and the answer is that my reasonable request is not possible. I called to cancel the order and was told you can only cancel within 48 hours of purchase. Never mind that the item is not in stock. Never mind the store is not out even one copper penny. Never mind that it's their own dereliction of duty that is causing the request to cancel. Best they offered is to give me store credit and a $25 gift certificate off my next purchase. WHY WOULD I EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THERE AGAIN??? So, that's an empty offer if I have ever heard one. Now, my only recourse is to see if they'll cancel the delivery charge and then just let me pick up the dang chair. Of course, no one can answer that. Apparently, the ability to even cancel the service they can't perform, needs to be cleared by the president of the company or something. I hope anyone thinking about buying from them comes to yelp first and sees all these negative comments. I would have saved myself a lot of heartache had I done so. This is a horrible horrible horrible business with no mind for customer service at all. They'll never get another penny from me. read more

OH, please don't buy anything from Ashley Furniture! I bought a leather power sofa from them the day after Thanksgiving for $800. Great deal huh? I thought so too. I even asked the salesman if he was sure THIS sofa was on sale at THIS price. He assured me it was. I bought it and got home with it and it is NOT power! They said they had the other on beside it to show the difference. I didn't see it. And I specifically asked if it was the power sofa on sale. I am returning it and getting my money back. They could care less about the customer. Fast forward to Dec and 6 refused deliveries, me, taking time out of my day, countless phone calls and promises to return my calls (that never happened) passing the buck as to who's fault it was. They finally got it right on December 28. They promise someone will call me to discuss all that I went through. Two weeks later I have not heard from them and I called them. They promised they'd call me back within 24 to 48 hours and again that never happened and I had to call them again. Sent me out $100 gift card to their store for my troubles. What good does that do me when there delivery is 129 and you can't get around. As I said at the beginning of this post more painful and buying a car don't waste your time with this company. read more

I came here to buy a couch for the new apartment me and my boyfriend are moving into, I was greeted by Martin who is amazing! He helped me find exactly what I was looking for and honestly felt like he was happy to help me (not the fake happy people use to sale more product) the whole team there was helpful and friendly I'm very glad I came here. When stopping by here everybody is nice but if Martin is on the floor I suggest you find him because he's amazing. I'm very happy with my experience here. read more

My wife and I went in there yesterday and bought a dining set and a coffee table and two end tables from Christopher! Picked up the items in their warehouse today and started assembling them! One of the end tables came with three of one leg and one of another. Simple fix right? Not by the girls standards of customer service at the desk! Oh I will order you a new leg! My wife and I in unison NO we drove all the way to the warehouse, either we can get the showroom table or the leg! Lady at the counter well we don't do it that way! Let me talk to the manager! Well he is in a meeting and he could be in the meeting for two hours! Then give me the area managers number! Lady OK, but let me find the customer service manager. ( the whole time lady has an attitude, like she hates customer service) Manager comes out and makes it right! SHE SHOULD FIND A JOB IN PLUMBING BECAUSE SHE HAS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS, and deserves to play in a toilet for s living! Raised my review to a three, a rep reached out and promised further training of the person in question would occur and made us feel like the individual who made it right did the right thing. The customer is not always right, but when they are you should not get treated rudely! Thank you for making us feel better about an obvious packing error! read more

My husband and I went in looking for a new sofa. J.R. Was very kind and introduced himself and had a conversation with us. He let us look around, and came to check in on us often. He had very good knowledge on the sectional we picked out and helped with our decision making! He made good conversation and had us laughing a majority of the time. Would highly recommend coming to this location, amazing pricing and no pressure at all. ask for J.R! He's the best! read more
