Upon canceling, the chairs to the table was delivered regardless. Called back to to say please deliver table anyway since they sent the chairs even after cancelation and received the run around and confusion as to how to handle their mistake. Spent hours trying to figure the issue out and still not resolved. Customer Service do not resolve the customer's concerns or issues. I purchased a dresser and nightstand online. The nightstand arrived first and was damaged. I spent 45 minutes on the phone to report the damage. They did replace the item within 2 days. IF YOU ARE LOOKING TO HAVE YOUR HOME INFESTED WITH SPIDERS AND ANTS, ORDER FROM ASHLEY! I ordered a king bedroom suite and a living room sectional from Ashley. After being told it would be 6 weeks for delivery, it ended up being weeks longer, but that wasn't my main problem. Once the furniture was delivered and set up, an entire infestation of ants came from the furniture, there were also spiders. I had to have my home treated by terminix multiple times, and to top it off, my son is allergic to ants. customer care was of absolutely no help. They offered to replace the furniture, well I was not comfortable with receiving another delivery from this company since the first delivery caused an infestation, and I no longer trust Ashley to deliver quality furniture. so they offered me 15% off. Which is nothing considering I paid close to 4 grand just to have my home covered in ants and rush my son out since he is allergic. They claimed that that's all they could offer since they have checked their warehouse and can't locate that the infestation came from them. I submitted photos, videos, everything. Bought this sofa in November 2017. Within a month, the bracket that holds the chaise lounge to its' adjacent section fell off. I fixed it. At just over a year old I decided to call Ashley for service on the couch as it is looking terrible. The corner cushion sits several inches lower than the rest because the structure is weak. The chaise lounge cushion cover has rolled over the front edge and looks horrible. Behind the chaise back cushion, the material and supports are collapsing. The remainder of the couch looks poor as well. It's just me and my wife..... and we take care of our home. Called Ashley furniture to send out a service technician to review. First visit, he took pictures and left. A few weeks later, with no report, phone call, or update, I receive a box from Ashley with a big metal mechanism for a recliner. After a couple calls they arrange for it to be picked up and tell me it was a mistake and they have no details on my inspection and must send a tech out again. Second inspection they again take pictures. A few weeks later I receive a new corner cushion in a bag and a box full of brown fiber that looks like hair trimmings with zero forewarning, instructions, or explanation. My only guess is that it is for stuffing the back cushions more, but the inside of the back cushions are in their own bags. Zero calls. Zero letters. I bought a couch from Ashley Furniture off of IH-35 a year ago and 3 days. About 5 months after buying the couch I noticed the cushions were sinking. It was really uncomfortable. I called, still under warranty and a person came out said I needed to have the cushions replaced. He ordered more and said it would take a month to come. I never received them. I ended up having to call the store again a month 1/2 later and apparently they had the wrong address. It took over 2 months for the cushions on my only 5-month-old couch to be delivered. About a month later I noticed the armrest was making a squeaking sound. I called Ashley Furniture, again and again, they had a service person come out and take apart the couch and STAPLE some cardboard back into place. Today I noticed a piece of wood on the back of the frame of the couch is jutting out. When you sit on the middle cushion it pushes into your back and is super uncomfortable! I called today. I guess I am 3 day's past my warranty, but I have had so many problems with this couch and all I want is a replacement!!! They told me they would send a tech out but that is all that they can do. I understand that due to COVID-19, things are backed up. What I do not understand is how you are going to sell items as a SET and not ship them anywhere near each other. If I'm ordering 4 pieces, then send all 4 pieces at once or hold off to send them all together. We visited the store located in Concord in Afton Ridge. It is the first time I've EVER walked into a furniture store and wasn't immediately harassed by sales people. This store was clean and the lay out was open and not cluttered. The sales associate that did approach us was named Nathan. He wasn't pushy, and when we told him we were ready for help, instead of rushing us to purchase. He sat down on the furniture with us and asked us questions, leading to what our goal was in coming to the store, and what our budget was to achieve this goal. He worked with us to make this happen. He was able to get the furniture close the budget we had, and also to include the 5 year protection plan. He was funny, and personable and made what is typically a high anxiety experience for me painless, and even fun. :) We are looking forward to shopping at this store many times in the future as we continue to furnish our new home. The technicians they sent twice for sofa leg never showed up. I called the customer service twice. They never feedbacked me when they can fix the sofa. I had a great experience in the store with Rosario but unfortunately, the delivery process was a disaster and I ended up canceling my furniture and asking for a refund. The original delivery date was pushed out by week due to manufactures delay, was told my delivery window would be 11am-2pm and I would get a message about 1/2 hr to 20 minutes prior. Day of delivery I get a text at 9:50am stating they will arrive in the next 20 minutes. cool, they're early...no biggie. An hour later at 10:50am I get a call that they are downstairs and need to know where to go etc. I meet them outside and 3 guys are all inside the truck scrambling around looking at boxes with one of them on the phone. I am told to hang for a bit. After about 5 minutes, one of the guys jumps out the truck and says we don't have your chair and walk to the other of the truck. Shortly the other two guys follow him with one still on the phone and I can hear snicker and laugh. After about 10 minutes, one guy walks over and says yea we don't have your chair. Not sure where it is. It could be in the very back of the truck and they just can't get it depending on how they packed the truck. once they get all the deliveries done they can let me know if they have the chair. otherwise, customer service will call me to reschedule. They leave and I immediately call CS. I tell the CS rep what is going on and she puts me on hold to call the driver b/c nothing is noted in my account. After 10 minutes, she clicks back over asks me to continue holding and states that she is getting a very different story from the driver. I ask for details on what they are telling her and she explains that they are saying the chair was delivered to the wrong location, that is was left at the location prior to my delivery. She puts me back on hold. another 10 minutes go by and she clicks back over and confirms that the chair was delivered to the location prior to mine and that the guys needed to finish up their current delivery and go back to the first location to get my chair and they will deliver it. I asked her about how when Ashley delivers furniture, my understanding was that they unbox and put anything together and you sign off on the delivery so I'm confused as to how between 3 delivery guys and a customer no one realized it was the completely wrong piece of furniture. Her answer was, we all make mistakes. I agree her statement and request that my delivery fee get refunded where she promptly talks over me and says no, that will not happen b/c they are still meeting their delivery timeline. I don't agree with that and explain to her how I have spent the last 1.5 hours being dealing with their issue and being told different conflicting stories and that I should not have to pay for a delivery fee/service like this. She tells me no again. I propose to her that she can either refund my the $69 delivery fee or she can refund me the entire cost of the chair (selling price, delivery, tax) and cancel the delivery. She stated if I wanted a full refund then she could do that. I asked her to confirm my full refund included the selling price, delivery, and tax to which she did, so I had her cancel my delivery and process my refund. 2 hours later, I get a call from the delivery driver asking me I'm still home for them to come by and deliver chair (mind you it's after 2pm at this point, outside the original window). I told him I was not home and that I had canceled the order and the delivery and he asked me if I was sure I wanted to do that b/c they could bring it by today. I declined this offer. I promptly called CS again to explain to them what happened and asked for confirmation of my order being canceled and refunded. She told me it can take up to 24 hours for the cancellation to get to them but she does see the request was put in and she would call the driver to let them know about it and not to call me. I ask for a receipt to be emailed to me. Told they don't have anything to send me. I asked for some type of confirmation/tracking number of the cancellation. Told they don't have anything like that. At this point, I don't trust their delivery service and I don't trust I will actually get my refund b/c it has been a very sketchy experience highly lacking in customer service. read more

UPDATE: The very next day after posting this review and I get a text that they are now pushing the date to Aug 15th for delivery. This is now the 4th time. My husband is now driving down to the store. He found a law that states if you knowingly sell furniture that is out of stock and do not have a restock date, it is against the law. Boom bitches. My experience with Ashley over the last few months has been an absolute nightmare. I would give them negative stars if I could. We purchased a large leather sectional from them in May of this year and it went well, so when I needed sleeper sofa a month later, we went back. As we were doing the paperwork, I told the salesperson he needed to update our address as we had moved since purchasing the first couch. He said it was updated and the couch would be delivered in about 2 weeks. When delivery day came and we got tracking information, we saw they were delivering it to our old address. I called customer service and apparently the salesperson had only updated our customer address, not our delivery address. Fortunately they were able to contact the delivery people en route and they were still able to deliver the couch - this was July 18. About 5 minutes after the delivery people left, I noticed the frame of the couch was bent and there were 4 or 5 rips in the couch. I called customer service and she said the delivery people could not come back, but they would send a technician the following week to see if it could be repaired or needed to be replaced. The first technician showed up on time, ordered parts and said that when the parts arrived, to call back and schedule another visit. That was in July. When the parts arrived, I had to call 3 different times to get a technician scheduled. I was finally able to get an appt scheduled for August 14. The technician never showed up. I called Ashley Service and they said there was nothing they could do and to call back the next day to reschedule. I called back the next day and was told that the technician went to the wrong address - they sent him to our old address even though we had a technician at our new house previously and parts delivered. The person I was speaking to said there was no one who could help me schedule another appt and that I would have to wait for a call back. Since August 14 I have called almost every day and every day I have been told that someone will have to call me back to schedule an appt. I have had a couch that was damaged during delivery sitting in my front room for over 6 weeks now, and Ashley could not care less. I have never experienced such terrible service anywhere (and keep in mind I use Verizon and Comcast, so I know about bad service). As of today, August 28, I still do not have anyone scheduled to come out to my house to fix my couch. We have spent over $6,000 with this company since May, but I will never spend another dime there and I would recommend you don't either. read more

I am absolutely disgusted with Ashleyfurniturehomestore corporate customer service! Our bed had sunk in almost 2 inches, in 3 years, so I called for warranty service. They sent a tech out, he got here while I was feeding Logan. So I led him up stairs, Logan not happy about being disturbed. I left the mattress protector on so they knew we had it on (otherwise the warranty would be void). He said "you need to take that off" I still had Logan in my arms. So I took half of it off, laid him on the bed to get the other half I couldn't reach while carrying him. Just when I got it off he spit up on the bed ‍. I cleaned it off, but it left a small stain. The tech said "well that stain voids your warranty" took pics of it, measured it then left. I called customer service. They told me to clean it take pics and send to them. So I did. Then they sent another tech out, who had no idea what was going on. He basicly said it didn't matter what or how it happened the warranty was void. Then another person called me and I told them what happened all over again (do these people not keep notes), he said I'll research and take care of this for you. Another lady called back and said I needed to pay to have it professionally cleaned then they would cover it. So basicly I would have to spend $100 to clean something they are just going to throw away, that wouldn't even had a stain if the first tech would have just taken the stupid cover off himself. There was a problem with the website, and it didn't look like the order went through. I waited a few hours, and when I didn't see a charge notice from Amex, I tried again. After two weeks, I have yet to get a response from ANYONE!!! PSA: NEVER EVER EVER buy furniture online from Ashley HomeStore. If stuff gets delivered damaged, the delivery drivers won't take it back. Instead, you have to call Ashley Furniture and it takes FOREVER for someone to answer. Then when you email them photos of everything damaged, they say "oh we didn't get your email... how many photos did you attach?"... If you send more than 3 photos at once, they say they didn't get the email because the files were too big. Then, you send them again individually and they take ONE WEEK to call you back. And they'll offer you a 5% discount or a service request for someone to come fix it. By the way, I started calling/emailing them THE DAY the dresser was delivered (August 23) and it's taking them almost three weeks to FINALLY do something. They said someone would call me tomorrow to send someone out to service the dresser. Let's see how long this takes. Oh and they said they can't refund the dresser because I waited longer than 72 hours to report the damage. Nope. We told the delivery drivers and I called nonstop that Friday and no one answered.
