Maybe it was became I came later afternoon times. But the selection should be better than what I was seeing. I was able to find all I needed and unfortunately too much per usual. Service was good was able to get in and out no issue. I just have to remember to carry in the stores with my reusable bags. But other than that you can pay for their brown paper bags that could be reused again later. Will continue to come to Target when I need to and not going to worry about what others are doing. Unfortunately, not a single regular checkout lane was open--only self-checkout was available, and those machines only accepted debit or credit cards, no cash. Of course, I only had cash, so I was forced to check out at customer service. While it did take a little while, the wait wasn't extremely long. Still, the experience was inconvenient enough that going forward I'll be sticking strictly to online orders only, which is always a wonderful experience.

As a 6'0", 270-pound man, finding stylish, designer clothes that fit isn't always easy, but Burlington has consistently been one of the few places that offers options for people my size. That said, I've noticed a frustrating trend--this "Coat Factory" no longer sells coats. On my latest visit, I found only two lightweight Puma jackets--no winter coats, parkas, or overcoats. This isn't very reassuring, especially given the store's name. If you won't sell coats, maybe it's time to rethink the branding. The inventory is messy and items are frequently out of place, which I've come to expect, but the lack of coat options is something new--and frankly unacceptable. I found a few shirts, but I'll try them at home, as the in-store fitting experience leaves a lot to be desired.

Every item had tickets still attached and were unworn. immediately, the management was called she came over to question why was I returning so many shoes? . She got angry and started singing, took 8 minutes to return the shoes, then she walked around the store telling all of the people that worked there (darker skinned African male, African female in home section, heavyset light skinned cashier sitting on a stool, and she called for the shopping center security monitor to come and guard the exit! After I noticed that they were following, I went on a tour. They original cashier with the short curly wig said that it is "store policy " to call manager for any return over two hundred dollars. I read the back of the receipt and have returned an item that cost over $300 and have never experienced this. I think this is because I am on vacation as of 6/23/2023, had surgery on my thigh Monday, 6/26/2023, and was not dressed to impress and no make up. Black people love to judge people based on how the look. I own a home near Wegman's, earn $170K yearly, have credit score of 780, completely debit free besides small remaining mortgage, have more than $29k in my checking, and I don't go around judging people based on how they are dressed, because none of that matters!!! They don't have enough merchandise to fill the sales floor. I came in here in search of birthday gifts and wasn't very lucky. I gave up on that fairly quickly and decided to just browse what they had. When I say there was a lack of selection they still had items from Christmas on the shelves. Imagine seeing Christmas and Valentine items on shelves well into March. I did a bit more browsing and every single time I passed the fragrance items I was pounced on. I am not one that wants to be approached until I at least looked. What I wanted wasn't correctly put on the shelves. Without any prompting, an employee was right beside me attempting to get me to buy. When I asked the price, which isn't completely marked, I nearly laughed. Then when it did come time to check out here for the few items I did find, there was only one register counter open. With one associate working the counter. There was a line and each of the people in the line had either multiple items or returns to do. It was to the point that I wondered back to the main aisle of the store to scope out if there were any other area open. When I did this, an employee must have been coming back from a break and asked me if I needed anything. She pointed me to the desk behind me and I told here there was a line and I was trying to get out of there. She didn't even head back and take off her coat, she just jumped on the register. The only bright spot in this visit.
