Not a perfect match, but close enough for its purpose! There's a tie for every color in there, and there's a deal based on the quality of the ties, (3 for $14, for example). They also have shirts, watches and other accessories. Every time I have been in there, the staff have been friendly and always ask if I need help with what I am looking for. Usually I am just browsing, so I decline, but I appreciate the gesture! Beltway Plaza has changed a lot over the years, but this is one of those spots that's been around for a while, and I've never left emptyhanded.

He introduced me to the new owner the very last time I went and ensured me I was in good hands. I can agree after my most recent visit. The new tailor there ensured that I was completely happy with my alternations to a bridesmaid dress. It was about 2 sizes too large and very long. I even requested he had a pocket. Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced…read more I rented a suit from this Men's Wearhouse location (8514 Fenton St, Silver Spring, MD) on December 12, 2024, for an event in February 2025. I canceled the rental on February 3, 2025, and was promised a refund of $202.46. Over 3 months later, after visiting the store more than 10 times, I still have not received my refund. The employees, including the manager, repeatedly gave me false promises, excuses, and contradictory answers, but no actual solution. They wasted my time and showed zero professionalism or accountability. I eventually had to escalate the issue to corporate just to get a response. The next step will be reporting to BBB and my bank if I don't get any response from corporate. I strongly recommend avoiding this store location. They do not honor their word, they mishandle refunds, and they show complete disregard for customer service.

All the employees seemed pretty friendly and very helpful. Although I do not purchase suits on a regular basis, I thought the prices were pretty fine. While they did not have as many styles as I would have liked (mainly because of my own time [and size] constraints), the wearhouse had a decent selections. Fortunately, tailoring took a couple of days; however, I was a bit shocked that they charged an express fee of around $30 to hem the pants. But, hey, I guess that's the business. Upon first impressions this place looks massive and impressive. It is not your traditional mall in the sense that the anchor stores aren't what you expect. Here you have a grocery store and big box anchoring the plaza. Giant is on the one end while you have Target on the other. The rest of the stores within are a mix of national brands and local stores. I say that this place reminds me of the stores/malls in the Zohan movie. The names of the stores is what brings this to mind. It does have it's high points here, i.e., they have a movie theater, ample parking, and plenty of stores. However, they do have their low points too. Several stores have closed since I was here last. Z Burger and TJMaxx are noticeably missing. They do still seem to keep pulling in and opening up newer stores. Not sure how they are capable of doing that, but they are. It is a great place for a distraction.
