Not a perfect match, but close enough for its purpose! There's a tie for every color in there, and there's a deal based on the quality of the ties, (3 for $14, for example). They also have shirts, watches and other accessories. Every time I have been in there, the staff have been friendly and always ask if I need help with what I am looking for. Usually I am just browsing, so I decline, but I appreciate the gesture! Beltway Plaza has changed a lot over the years, but this is one of those spots that's been around for a while, and I've never left emptyhanded.

He introduced me to the new owner the very last time I went and ensured me I was in good hands. I can agree after my most recent visit. The new tailor there ensured that I was completely happy with my alternations to a bridesmaid dress. It was about 2 sizes too large and very long. I even requested he had a pocket. I didn't stop in, but I kept it in the back of my mind. Fast forward two weeks later, I need an outfit for my office's holiday party. After going in literally every other clothing store in the mall, I remembered this place and instantly knew they'd have what I needed. It's safe to say that they didn't let me down. The staff in there seemed very friendly. One was in conversation with a customer, another was walking around steaming the suit jackets, which made me realize just how much they take care of their items. I also saw a man working in the back room on a sewing machine. This place is so cool, and has some styles that I have never seen anywhere else, like shiny spiky boots and crazy-colored blazers! I don't wanna give too many details about what I found, but I was able to go into the fitting room, try on various sizes, and get what I needed. I canceled the rental on February 3, 2025, and was promised a refund of $202.46. Over 3 months later, after visiting the store more than 10 times, I still have not received my refund. The employees, including the manager, repeatedly gave me false promises, excuses, and contradictory answers, but no actual solution. They wasted my time and showed zero professionalism or accountability. I eventually had to escalate the issue to corporate just to get a response. The next step will be reporting to BBB and my bank if I don't get any response from corporate. I strongly recommend avoiding this store location. They do not honor their word, they mishandle refunds, and they show complete disregard for customer service.

Upon first impressions this place looks massive and impressive. It is not your traditional mall in the sense that the anchor stores aren't what you expect. Here you have a grocery store and big box anchoring the plaza. Giant is on the one end while you have Target on the other. The rest of the stores within are a mix of national brands and local stores. I say that this place reminds me of the stores/malls in the Zohan movie. The names of the stores is what brings this to mind. It does have it's high points here, i.e., they have a movie theater, ample parking, and plenty of stores. However, they do have their low points too. Several stores have closed since I was here last. Z Burger and TJMaxx are noticeably missing. They do still seem to keep pulling in and opening up newer stores. Not sure how they are capable of doing that, but they are. It is a great place for a distraction.

Upon arrival to pick up my items, they finally did go through one tote ON THE FLY, and I know this because of how I packed my items--grouping like items, etc. SO... I asked for feedback, i.e., what should I know, since I WILL be taking my items to their competitor consignment/cash-for-clothing items, and I was told, "we're really looking for sweats, clothing with graphics on them, no 3/4 sleeve items, just short or long-sleeve, nothing with any embellishments/buttons, no V-neck. I took a peek on my way out, and they were selling items that met these descriptions. My impression: they were LAZY, and that this particular location caters to teeny-boppers and college kids who don't give a s**t about things that will last or that are of good quality. BTW, I'm not talking desiger-label here, but I'm also not talking about low-budget big-box stores either. BOTTOM LINE: Don't waste an entire afternoon loading, unloading, driving in traffic, spending valuable gas money at *this* location. I thought the prices were pretty fair compared to other places in the area. Also, in my opinion, there were more clothing options here compared to other similar stores in downtown Silver Spring.
