I canceled the rental on February 3, 2025, and was promised a refund of $202.46. Over 3 months later, after visiting the store more than 10 times, I still have not received my refund. The employees, including the manager, repeatedly gave me false promises, excuses, and contradictory answers, but no actual solution. They wasted my time and showed zero professionalism or accountability. I eventually had to escalate the issue to corporate just to get a response. The next step will be reporting to BBB and my bank if I don't get any response from corporate. I strongly recommend avoiding this store location. They do not honor their word, they mishandle refunds, and they show complete disregard for customer service.

This store is in a strip mall with a giant white monster (Metro's purple line construction). There are two main categories in the store: scrubs & trendy clothes. There are all sorts of cute tops, leggings and dresses. They even have "real" sizes for those of us who are not a size two. I have found wonderful outfits for me & my mom. You can find a top for $5.99 that would be $30 somewhere else. There are wonderful finds throughout the store. You may have to hunt for them, but it is worth it. Here you have a grocery store and big box anchoring the plaza. Giant is on the one end while you have Target on the other. The rest of the stores within are a mix of national brands and local stores. I say that this place reminds me of the stores/malls in the Zohan movie. The names of the stores is what brings this to mind. It does have it's high points here, i.e., they have a movie theater, ample parking, and plenty of stores. However, they do have their low points too. Several stores have closed since I was here last. Z Burger and TJMaxx are noticeably missing. They do still seem to keep pulling in and opening up newer stores. Not sure how they are capable of doing that, but they are. It is a great place for a distraction.
