So backstory...I ordered these pretty Betsey Johnson earrings off of the Macy's website.Unfortunately one of the dangling earrings snapped and couldn't be fixed.So I put in for a return on the website and online customer services obliges and sends over a QR code for the sale associate to scan once I bring back the item so that I can be granted my refund.These earrings weren't cheap either. I come with the QR code and the the earrings in tow thinking that it shouldn't take no more than 5 minutes to finish everything up....I go to the jewelry counter where the young woman was standing and told her I'm here to bring an item back for a refund that I order online.She must have heard what she wanted because she kept talking about the STORE policy.I told her several times that I ordered online and that Macy's sent me a QR code for a refund.She said since the item isn't in good condition they can't take it back so I read out loud to her what the e-mail said and reiterated for the 11th billion time that I ordered it online and that Macy's customer service said I can bring back my broken item for a refund.I asked to speak to a manger because she was not making any sense! Finally a woman passes us (who I'm assuming is a manger) and the lady behind the counter says "can you please explain to her what I'm saying?" so I told the other young lady what the issue was and finally someone with some sense.She explained to the confused and stubborn employee that I have a right to my refund since I have already gotten in contact with customer service via online.The woman behind the counter was embarrassed.She escalated something that should have taken 5 minutes into a unnecessarily hostile situation.I was finally able to get my refund but I shouldn't have to pull teeth to do it! I'll go to the one in Annapolis next time when I don't have to worry about crunching for time.

This store is in a strip mall with a giant white monster (Metro's purple line construction). There are two main categories in the store: scrubs & trendy clothes. There are all sorts of cute tops, leggings and dresses. They even have "real" sizes for those of us who are not a size two. I have found wonderful outfits for me & my mom. You can find a top for $5.99 that would be $30 somewhere else. There are wonderful finds throughout the store. You may have to hunt for them, but it is worth it. You can follow the store on facebook for coupons. Bonus points for the clearance bin at the store entrance.

Once we got the suit picked, we were directed to the fitting room where the tailor took further measurements to adjust the suit to fit my fiancé (who is shaped like the lovable Po of Kung fu Panda right now.
