This is a great little shop in Lee Heights that offers high quality (though not outrageously…read morepriced) Women's fashion and accessories as well as adorable high end baby and toddler clothing. They also offer a great selection of unique gifts and other special items that you can't find at the countless big box stores that have taken over almost everywhere else here now. It's like visiting...Etsy...in person. If such a store existed of course. Obviously only a very very small, and very highly curated BIT of Etsy, but still...it's etsy-esque. In a good way. Well worth a visit. Especially for those "extra hard to shop for" and "already have everything" types. They're also great for the many miscellaneous gift needs that pop up throughout the year for coworkers and teachers and other people you might not know very well and whose gift options fall uncomfortably in between even the classiest target dollar bin options your best friends might love, and the fancier more expensive fare reserved for one's own children, close relatives, spouses... The "I don't really know what, but ideally something special and memorable and cool" gifts for all sorts of things like secret Santas, teacher appreciation, miscellaneous baby/bridal showers, office party exchanges, attempts to gain favor or acceptance from cringey or critical or perfectly lovely mother in laws...etc. This place is perfect for all of those and more. I've found awesome Christmas presents for my mother here two years in a row now, and many fun things for myself as well. Best boutique baby clothes section I've seen in the Arlington area, actually. This stop they had a bunch that I liked, but after searching through everything there, not in my size, as I mentioned above. The selection of other items is great here, but not always what I'm looking for. If I wanted single color matching outfits, this is a great place to pick that up. However, that was not what I was in the mood for this time. Would definitely stop back in here if I am in the area again, but with more and more of these popping up there are locations closer to me.

I finally was able to visit and it was quite insane!! I had vivid memories of the teen/adult clothing stores that were open decades ago at Dulles Town Center. It's like fast fashion meets Rave, Charlotte Russe and H&M. Great idea bringing this to a busy mall with a lot of foot traffic. They carry so many items at decent/affordable prices. I can see why it was so hyped up. Shoes, jeans, tops---for men, women and kids. There were also miscellaneous items such as water bottles, suitcases, home deco, etc. There were 2 whole floors of items!! I didn't purchase anything, but I did eye stuff for my next visit. I love the self-checkout section. There was a barcode scanner upon exit. They are located on the opposite side of the 3-floor section of the mall. There is an entrance from outside the mall as well as inside. Would I return? for sure

Extremely rude customer service at the store. She reiterated multiple times that I "understand what this means for the business," which felt unnecessarily intense and confrontational. I had no prior knowledge of any box, as the item was given to me already gift-wrapped. I calmly explained this, but was still made to repeat that I "understand" -- over and over -- in a way that felt accusatory and frankly demeaning. I understand that small businesses have return policies, and I respected that -- I came with a valid gift receipt and handled the interaction politely. The issue wasn't the policy, it was the way I was treated. I accepted the store credit, but I left the store with a strong impression of how unpleasant the owner's behavior was. This feedback is not about the outcome -- it's about how a customer, especially a new mother, should never be spoken to that way. I hope future interactions are handled with more empathy and professionalism.
