I recently returned for a week's visit in DC and left my ebike there for a tune-up. Richard gave it a complete overhaul, replaced brake pads, tires and updated the monitor screen. I was on a specific travel schedule so they made my repairs a priority and gave excellent service. I'm also impressed by the personable connection both over the phone and in person, making me feel welcome and listening to my questions. I'm assured to get many more years of pleasure out of this gorgeous bike and it's been one of the best investments I've made. Living in the mountains, I am able to go to up another 2000' elevation with electric assist, and at my age that would be amazingly challenging without the electric bike. Alan had a huge selection of quality bikes in different price ranges (including rentals) and I'm sure will be able to find you a commute or road bike that will suit your needs. Unsure if maybe the order got lost in the shuffle, or perhaps someone else accidentally grabbed it, but it was nice that they quickly resolved the issue once it became known to them. The drink was okay, which I was fine with because the main appeal was supposed to be the Halloween-themed design. I realized too late that my drink didn't come with the chocolate syrup drizzled on top that others' did, which was unfortunate. The cafe was beautifully decorated, and it's clear that there was a lot of thought and heart put into the design. The shop was also nice to check out, with a great collection of items with a nice mission and message behind each product. However, it is a bit tight to go through the aisles when it is busy. They were so nice too because we walked in around 7:40pm and they close at 8pm, but it was amazing full service. There were also two other men there already getting fitted, so it was so efficient. The tux rental was about $285. Would highly recommend coming here for a tux/suit if you have an event and need something last minute!

If you don't know your measurements, they will do it there for free if you rent through them or $20 if you need measurements and no rental. Returns are next business day, but if it's on a weekend then you can by Monday.
