However I was very impressed with the service we received. I called to schedule a fitting and my boyfriend's appointment was confirmed the same day. The gentleman (AFW) who came out for the fitting was ON TIME, and professional! He (AFW) did my boyfriend's fitting quickly. I gave him a swatch to match my outfit with the tuxedo vest. AFW assured me that he would contact me with sample colors to match the swatch. The tuxedo was DELIVERED to my boyfriend's address within 1 week! That was record timing! The tuxedo looked GREAT! My boyfriend looked so dapper in his tuxedo. It was hard to take my eyes off of him. My boyfriend received so many compliments on his tux! The very next day AFW picked up the tuxedo. THIS WAS AN OUTSTANDING EXPERIENCE! I will rent a tux from them again!

He told me I will not get a refund I can get a store credit... Never did he say anything about if the store doesn't have my size or color I cannot get my money back. Nor did he ever point that out on the receipt. I would have never paid for the dress if he stated that.... that sounds like trickery to get consumers money. So I text the "corporate" office to let them know how Alpha Formal Wear in Beltway Plaza Mall 6000 Greenbelt Rd, Greenbelt, MD 20770-were handling business, to only receive a called from the so called "SALESPERSON" telling me that the "corporate office does not talk or deal with customer" ,now I found that very strange business practice... As I am telling the Sales person (could be owner of the store) that he told me they had the dress I wanted in my size and color and it was never mention about no refund he started talking over me and then the sales person just rudely hangs up on me. Now that's RUDE and bad customer services... If this is the way Alpha Formal Wear in Beltway Plaza Mall handles business I believe every consumer should know about it. Suresh and Chiraag were very thorough and helpful in guiding me as I selected the suit and shirt colors, fabrics, as well as the different customization options. I opted for a burgundy color, which I consider to be an adventurous color, but it was not a problem for Custom Executive Outfitters, as they had exactly the color I was looking for! I have a short, muscular build, which makes buying suits off the rack nearly impossible. However, Suresh and Chiraag were able to get my measurements perfectly. The suit fit me like a glove. This was my first experience getting a fully custom suit (I figured it was worth it to splurge on my wedding!) I have to say that there is a clear difference between fully custom suits and even suits made in Made to Measure companies. The entire process was smooth. The turnaround time was quick.
