But this shop does more than just deliver beautiful dresses, it's run by a wonderful person. Miriam is exactly who you need during such a stressful time in your life. She is warm, inviting, and truly wants you to be happy with your wedding dress. She's helped me countless times during the many stressers i put on myself while trying to decide on my gown. I had gone to other bridal shops in VA and just didn't get the best vibe but I was really sold on this shop not only because of the stunning dresses, but because i knew Miriam had my back and would work with me. Her assurance that the dress was going to look stunning and that i was going to feel great was exactly what i needed. You also get some privacy during your appointment as Miriam doesn't have too many people at once during visits which is really helpful. I found other dress shops to be a bit too chaotic which doesn't make it easier. Ramya, who did my alterations, is also wonderful to work with. She is very kind, works with your schedule, and does stunning work. I had a last minute change to my dress (Went from sleeves to straps) and both Miriam and Ramya were so accommodating. I got so many compliments on the stunning work on my dress. The detail is beautiful as was the lace work on it. It was exactly how i hope it would look. I HIGHLY recommend this bridal shop for your wedding dress needs. They also do family dresses that look stunning as well.

She never made me feel rushed or overwhelmed. Instead, she was patient, warm, honest, and somehow managed to ask exactly the right questions when I couldn't even explain what I was looking for. The funniest part is that I ended up choosing a dress I never would have picked myself. I only tried it on because my aunt said, "Your Grammy would have picked that one," and it ended up being the dress. Vanessa never tried to steer me toward what she wanted. She simply helped me discover what I loved, and that made all the difference. I also have to mention that I absolutely hate shopping. I joked that my favorite thing to shop for is sports bras, and she laughed right along with me, which immediately put me at ease. What I expected to be stressful ended up being one of the most enjoyable shopping experiences I've ever had. Thank you, Vanessa, for making such a special day even more memorable. I'll always remember how supported and comfortable you made me feel.

Wedding dresses can be delicate and complex; she immediately understood exactly how to tailor my dress so it would give that custom fit glow. My alterations were extensive and totaled close to $2,000 and every single detail was done with such care and precision. She carefully pinned and explained each adjustment during my fittings so I always understood what she was doing and why. When I put the dress on at my final fitting, it truly felt like it had been custom made just for me. The fit was absolutely flawless, and she created a beautiful 5-piece bustle that blended seamlessly with the design of the dress and was easy to manage. It's for experiences like the one that I had with Love Couture Bridal that I REALLY REALLY wish…read morethere was an option to add more than 5 stars!!! After the bridal store I had originally purchased my wedding dress from told me they "lost" my dress 5 days before my wedding - I was in a state of absolute shock!! From that bridal store, I went to straight to Google and searched for 'bridal store near me', and started going through the reviews and pictures! I was immediately blown away by the pictures of dresses I saw at Love Couture Bridal, so I immediately gave them a call, briefly explained my situation and asked them if they took walk-ins - and they told me to head on over!! Fast forward - I literally cannot BEGIN to tell you how I went from feeling overwhelmed and panicked, to completely calm and at ease!!! And that was ALL thanks to the AMAZING team at Love Couture Bridal; especially Lauren!!! From the minute I walked in, Lauren sat me down and explained what my options were given that my wedding was 5 DAYS AWAY!!! Yes... 5 days !! I described what I was hoping for in terms of styles, gave her my size and within 15 minutes she had at least 10 dresses pulled and ready for me to try on. Did I need to try on all 10? No - literally after trying on the second dress both my mum and I were in tears because it was evident that that was THE dress for me!!! After choosing the dress (or perhaps it was the dress choosing me), I was taken to another fitting room where Celeste (one of their AMAZING seamstresses), worked with my mother and I to go through what was needed in terms of the fitting. The level of attention to detail, and the kindness that was shown by Lauren and Celeste was absolutely AMAZING!!! My mother and I had a difference of opinion on how low the cut should be with my dress - and Celeste listened to us both and found an amazing middle ground!! After paying for the dress I was told to come back two days later for the final fitting - and I literally could not have been more in awe!!! Everything about Love Couture Bridal will forever remain close to my heart! Their beautiful selection of wedding dresses, their impeccable service, exceptional staff and willingness to help problem solve with such a tight turnaround!!! Obviously, I hope no other bride-to-be finds herself in the situation I was in!! But my experience just goes to show that this is truly a blessing of a bridal shop!!! 10/10 will recommend to each and everyone I know that's getting married
