Walmarts are not in the area and I'm not trying to travel another 15-20 minutes to get there. Nothing much to say just has to grab a few items and really noticed that the food isles be a little bare. Maybe it was became I came later afternoon times. But the selection should be better than what I was seeing. I was able to find all I needed and unfortunately too much per usual. Service was good was able to get in and out no issue. I just have to remember to carry in the stores with my reusable bags. But other than that you can pay for their brown paper bags that could be reused again later. Will continue to come to Target when I need to and not going to worry about what others are doing. They not paying my bills!

Unfortunately, not a single regular checkout lane was open--only self-checkout was available, and those machines only accepted debit or credit cards, no cash. Of course, I only had cash, so I was forced to check out at customer service. While it did take a little while, the wait wasn't extremely long. Still, the experience was inconvenient enough that going forward I'll be sticking strictly to online orders only, which is always a wonderful experience.

They don't have enough merchandise to fill the sales floor. I came in here in search of birthday gifts and wasn't very lucky. I gave up on that fairly quickly and decided to just browse what they had. When I say there was a lack of selection they still had items from Christmas on the shelves. Imagine seeing Christmas and Valentine items on shelves well into March. I did a bit more browsing and every single time I passed the fragrance items I was pounced on. I am not one that wants to be approached until I at least looked. What I wanted wasn't correctly put on the shelves. Without any prompting, an employee was right beside me attempting to get me to buy. When I asked the price, which isn't completely marked, I nearly laughed. Then when it did come time to check out here for the few items I did find, there was only one register counter open. With one associate working the counter. There was a line and each of the people in the line had either multiple items or returns to do. It was to the point that I wondered back to the main aisle of the store to scope out if there were any other area open. When I did this, an employee must have been coming back from a break and asked me if I needed anything. She pointed me to the desk behind me and I told here there was a line and I was trying to get out of there. She didn't even head back and take off her coat, she just jumped on the register. The only bright spot in this visit.

It's located in the Ritchie Station Marketplace and is a newer store. The place is definitely bright, clean, and super organized, and the staff are friendly and helpful. The clothing is comparable to other TJ Maxx locations, and there really isn't much of a variety in terms of brands and unique finds - I did find a Missoni sweater and a pair of Kate Spade flats, but it's pretty slim pickings! Their beauty section, however, is pretty awesome! While they didn't have any of my favorite shampoo on sale, I did find some great Shiseido products (cleansers and moisturizers) that were about 70% off - I was shocked, as these items are still being carried and being sold at Nordstrom's and other department stores! They also have a large extensive selection of Korean facial products (masks, deep pore cleansers, etc.) that are highly-rated and priced well. Whenever I'm in the Ritchie Plaza area I stop in at TJ's too see what deals I can snag. The men's section usually doesn't disappoint; I can find some good shirts or athletic wear for the low-low. I also really enjoy the home good section; during this time of year there were plenty of fall and Halloween items to grab. The store is clean, the line at the front moves quickly, and the staff are always friendly and welcoming.
