There was one for cough, one for sore throat and another one was the popular med that people used for Covid. I only got the one for cough since we only needed cough meds. Came back today to get more of that cough meds since my son finished the first bottle and saw it helped. This time, the man was at the counter. He was also very helpful and friendly and told us what kind of soup to make. This is a very well-stocked Chinese herbal store and has helpful and knowledgeable staff. Highly recommend this place.

Eastern medicine can be incredibly effective when done properly, but this experience felt rushed, impersonal, and money-driven. I rarely leave negative reviews, but this level of care was unacceptable. I'm sorry to say this is an insult to eastern medicine.
