The front desk handles everything for me, and I only have to pay my copay, which makes each visit stress-free. I have been seeing Dr. Shen for the past couple of months and have completed about 11 treatments so far. She has helped me with several health concerns, especially my back pain, which has improved a lot since starting treatment. What surprised me most is how much she has also helped with my allergies. I can breathe so much easier now. Dr. Shen is very busy at the Pleasanton location, so sometimes I drive to the Fremont office to see her.
